Bupa Aged Care Enfield

Mum moved into Bupa Enfield in May 2025 & it was apparent from day one of her residency that it was absolutely the right thing for her to do. The improvements to her confidence and mobility were instantaneous, due to the exceptional care, consideration & professionalism of all of the wonderful staff at the facility. She is being treated with courtesy and respect, encouraged to participate in activities but also being given the grace to be her own person in her own space if that is what she wants. As a family, we have all been able to breathe easier knowing that her days of insecurity and isolation at home alone are over, and that she is now being looked after by a team of exceptional humans. A heartfelt thank you to all at Bupa Enfield from Tia’s Procter/Delbridge/Hutchinson clan.

As a family we have been welcomed with open arms and smiling, caring facilitators. We feel comfortable and assured that our family member is receiving the care he needs. Nothing is too difficult or forgotten. This assists our well-being to adjust to life after dad having a stroke. Thanks so much to the team here. Communication is also very strong and much appreciated.

I spent three days at Bupa Aged Care Enfield this week. It was lovely to meet some of the residents, families and staff. They were all warm, welcoming and enthusiastic. The environment is vibrant and engaging. I loved participating in the daily activities. I was impressed!

I can't commend Bupa Enfield highly enough. They have supported residents to be involved in our local intergenerational playgroup for the past 4 years and have recently taken over the delivery of the program. This shows their commitment to ensuring residents have the opportunity to be involved in beneficial community programs. Raj and Jane have been critical in making things happen and I can't speak highly enough about them. Supporting staff have also been wonderful. Great work team....thanks for your support over the years and for making things happen for your residents. You truly do care!!

All the Bupa Enfield staff have made the transition from independent living to a care home so easy for our Mum. Every single member of the team has shown kindness, empathy and professionalism. She is feeling more confident, joining in activities and is being cared for with dignity and respect. Bupa Enfield feels like home.

Invited for family day lunch today at Bupa Enfield. Super impressed with the quality of meals and to learn of the big investment of the new kitchen facility. The residents here are in good hands!

Since 2009 as a Contractor ive had the pleasure of dealing with Bupa Enfield Agedcare Facility from a business point of view. From one week to the next i look forward to each weekly visit ., as a business aspect I have nothing but praise for their professional conduct towards me. From the GM Jane , and her team working and caring as one , I love the family feel of the place . If I could I would be on their waiting list to move in when I needed !!
