Ashman Grove Residential Aged Care

Most of the staff are friendly and kind, if a little overworked. The facilities are a little better than average for an aged care home and the facility is affordable, whilst most residents are also very friendly. There are also regular events to entertain residents, which helps to break up would oftentimes be a monotonous day. The meals could be of better quality but again, they are part of an affordable service and the staff are overworked; always rushing about, delivering meals to residents rooms. It must be a great burden on the cook. Plus, the facility provides respite care, easing strain on the health system and I appreciate that service.

Took time to find the entrance. Pleasant helpful staff . Wide clean corridors. Lots of small rooms with clients doing different activities. Patient room basic but my friend had not been there long enough to make it more homely. She is happy with the treatment she is receiving.

Great staff allround. They genuinely care about their residents and one of whom is my Mother so thank you Ashman Team and keep up the great work.

Very awkward parking for picking up residents here. Surprised it is allowed, as there is no space for an ambulance either. Disappointed re the lack of masking by staff as well, and am saddened but not surprised about the covid cases amongst residents.

Really nice place staff are friendly and enthusiastic. My Dad had a terrible time finding a safe place to live after getting Alzheimer's. So glad we found this home.
