It’s been an exceptional experience with City Physio and specifically with Physiotherapist Simon and the Remedial Massage Therapist Pavel. After suffering from whiplash due to a car accident. Simon’s expertise and care have been evident from the very first session. They listened to my concerns, provided a treatment plan, and have helped me make significant progress in my recovery. Both Simon and Pavel are professional and personable, with a down to earth approach. I feel confident and supported in my path to recovery.
Anastasios Gogos

The worst physio I have ever been to. I had Mr Simon Mew treat me twice for headaches and both times were perfunctory. His “massage” was more like caressing, and he did it absentmindedly while playing with his phone (he only used one hand, the massage was intermittent without any force). After 15 minutes, he couldn’t wait to tell me that the treatment was over, without any stretching or daily maintenance advice, and didn’t even ask if I felt better. If he doesn’t know how to do physiotherapy, then he must be racist to treat me like this.

Tessia is thorough, listens and provides what is needed… I am learning a lot about how to exercise/stretch properly… I am currently being treated for a posterior fibre injury which tends to affect much of my back… so have made progress, not out of it yet…
Nigel Stedman

Simon is amazing! I have lived with neck and shoulder pain for as long as I can remember, after following his treatment plan, which was well thought out and considered my limitations, I am pain free!
High praise for a highly skilled physio! Thanks Simon!!
Georgi Mew

I’ve been to many different physios who all use massages as a recovery method, and after visiting them, I rarely found that I had received a good massage. Many of these physios would often go too light on the massages. This is the opposite with Linda; she ensures that she delivers an amazing hands-on massage, as well as the occasional cupping and dry needling session.

Louw Hattingh

I had a fantastic experience! My physio was Jack, who’s exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He quickly pinpointed the source of my pain and guided me through a set of effective strengthening exercises. The overall customer experience was outstanding. The studio has a laid-back vibe, filled with beautiful plants and stylish furniture, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
Sol Degl'innocenti

Form Physio has helped me enormously with a variety of issues, including several rock climbing & running injuries, and most notably a chronic pain situation spanning years that has been very hard to pin down. Before coming here, the pain — and the fear of making a wrong movement that could suddenly make it worse — was leading me to cut back on my athletic pursuits, so much so that it was beginning to feel inevitable that I was going to lose all the strength I’d gained over the years.
Dave & Toby helped assess the situation in depth in order to first determine that it was in fact safe for me to keep moving and training, then helped me fine tune my routine such that I was able to simultaneously address the areas experiencing pain, continue moving toward the goals I’d almost given up on, and even develop new skills all while accounting for my personal lifestyle and time constraints. I’m currently stronger and fitter than ever and very little pain remains, something that was impossible to imagine a couple years ago.

Cannot recommend highly enough – the team at Therapia has completely changed my mobility and strength.
Originally saw Mukul for physio and dry needling on my osteoarthritic, inflamed knees and after a few sessions subsequently moved over to their supervised reformer pilates classes.
Around 9 months now of attending pilates once or twice a week under the extremely careful guidance of Mukul, Stef, and Dev, the difference is unbelievable. While there will always be some restriction thanks to the arthritis, my mobility is off the charts from where it was and I can do everything from crawling and kneeling, to sports, to even just walking down stairs with confidence and zero pain.
Literally life changing – thanks Stef, Mukul, and Dev (and Renu!)

Highly recommend Therapia Sports & Spine for any physiotherapy. Its an awesome clinic cause the physiotherapists are knowledgeable and caring. Patient comes first. Its not just an online chat or call they ensure to understand your issue, do the due diligence in checking and assessing the issue. Stefan had a detailed plan of exercises at home for me and for the my initial fortnightly physio sessions. There was improvement every month and now I am back to 8000 steps a day. I was seen by Mukul who is also very professional. I am grateful for the care and guidance provided, that has restored me to my best. Thank you Stefan.
Sabina Fernandes

Fantastic team and expertise.
Stefan has cleared my chronic C-spine related nerve pain and numbness which I’ve had for 5 years. Through a tailored physio exercise easy-to-follow program which fits in perfectly to my busy schedule, it has made a world of difference; my ROM has improved immensely. I am so grateful for their work and care. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I have been seeing Fardis for over a month now and both Fardis and the team at Therapia have been great! Fardis has helped me with my shoulder rehab as I have been dealing with shoulder pain for a year now which has limited my weight lifting at the gym. I now have a specific program and my shoulder pain is so much less than before when I’m lifting weights. I highly recommend the team at Therapia!
SuhhhDude

Highly recommend Mukul and the amazing physio team at Therapia. They continue to provide excellent care for my chronic muscular back and neck pain. After seeing many physios and doctors in Adelaide, I finally found someone who listened to me, explained the problem so i could understand and help me treat and strength by back and neck. thanks again 🙂

Sam and the HK community have been wonderful. I recently had back surgery and I have been supported every step of the way. From a follow up email, phone call, hands on therapy and at home exercises. It has been lovely to work through this process with Sam and Becca.
Would 100% recommend!

From the moment I first walked into the reception area @ Human Kind, I could feel that I was in a place filled with light and positive energy.
Annabelle, on the desk at the time, was so welcoming and helpful and made me feel ‘at home’. I joined in the coversation and as I was experiencing pain @ the time this was a welcome diversion.
From my first session with Sam, the physio, I felt totally supported.
He is a great listener and is empathic, taking a holistic approach to the treatment.
Good sense of humour as well.Very important!
I have continued with my treatment on a semi regular basis and always find it a relief and pleasure to once again, walk through the door into ‘Human Kind’.

I have been going to Human.Kind on and off for 4-years, it is such a welcoming community that I always seem to find my way back!
I love that they offer a magnitude of classes including Pilates and meditation, alongside their yoga offering. I have also seen the physios at Human.Kind which have been a huge support in my overall health journey. Couldn’t recommend more!

Recently I saw Ben whilst performing at the Adelaide Fringe, I had ongoing issues with pain in my forearms which impacted my performance on aerial apparatus. I had seen a sports doctor in Melbourne but to little/ no improvement. From the outset, Ben’s hugely practical approach to identifying the problem was to a level of detail I hadn’t encountered from other professionals. He conducted a number of tests and questions, and then subsequent tests from my responses which gained a much more accurate diagnosis I had previously received. For me I would recommend Ben mainly for his understanding of how varied lifestyles can be and that for some people, particularly those with highly physical jobs, taking an extended period of ‘rest’ or ‘time off’ simply isn’t an option. Instead he works around your lifestyle to find the best solutions, both short and long term. To that end we found exercises during Fringe that prevented my injury from worsening and managed my pain while doing 6+ acrobatic shows a week for the month. I strongly believe that my performances were sustained to the best of my ability due to the care I received from Ben. As well as his clearly extensive knowledge of the body, Ben was excellent at being extremely specific in his suggestions and instructions, explaining the more complex scientific and physiological stuff, having no problem answering my endless questions about recovery time etc. and also just checking in that you as a patient and person were happy with how things were going. His knowledge and professional manner while being very open and approachable are a hugely reassuring quality that I think is invaluable when injury recovery can be so demoralising and daunting. The exercises and suggestions he gave me to continue since leaving Adelaide have brought my pain to the lowest it’s been in 6 months. He also does some awesome needling which I would highly recommend. The guy’s a bloody legend.

Human.Kind is a phenomenal space that encompasses incredible people whom are passionate about movement and connection. I recently have been treated by Sam in the Physiotherapy space for my shoulder injury. After my first visit and dry needling, I felt instant relief that I haven’t had in years and could move my arm freely without any complaints. After my second visit, I felt stronger and could maintain a one arm side plank (which I usually avoid due to pain). Sam provides clear in depth explanations for causes and treatment, along with achievable exercises to prevent and manage recovery at home. Highly recommend, I leave each consultation feeling an increased range of motion, movement and eager to continue my yoga practice. A very happy patient!

Great doctors and physics but their appointment system leaves a lot to be desired. E.g. turning up to an appointment to be told there was not one after phoning to confirm the location of the appointment the day before and being told it was Angus Street, at 4, then arriving today and being told the appointment for yesterday at Next Gen had been cancelled. So now I am waiting an hour after taking time off work to come to my ‘appointment’ Do better with this please.
Carolyn Pickering

Friendly and professional services. Waiting room very clean. Very much value this practice and it’s medical and support personnel.
Emma Broomell

Dr Ralfe made me feel at ease and listened to everything that I said. I feel like I will now get somewhere with my pain.
Jason Edwardor

I suffered with some quite debilitating shoulder pain after doing weights. I cannot more highly recommend the physio and medical team here. Specifically, Natalie Tyson and Dr James Ilic who are looking after me. They are both outstanding and I very much appreciate their time, expertise and care. I am 70% better and heading in the right direction (it was quite a chronic thing so this is MUCH better than I hoped. I thought I’d be stuck with the pain).
I am extremely grateful and delighted. Thank you. (And it is wonderful not being allowed to hang up the washing!!). Dr Ilic, you are a true gentleman and a brilliant doctor.
CTMISHK SA

Had an appointment for my ankle, you charged me $230 for a doctor who took no interest in my sport to request an X-Ray and MRI when my ankle was clearly not broken.
Whilst the MRI might have been handy to review the severity of my ankle, i told the doctor about the level of strength and pain that i was getting with mobility present.
No assistance provided on how to tape, pain management or how to strengthen (I had a national training camp in 5 days following the appointment). I also had to keep reminding the doctor that i couldn’t take certain medication due to WADA.
Poor service by a doctor who took no interest in me. I would have gotten more satisfaction throwing $230 down the drain than to see it go to your clinic.

Amazing surgeon and practice. My 10 year old daughter needed a finger nerve repair surgery and Dr Nick Smith did an incredible job. He made her feel comfortable and at ease with his excellent bedside manner and his surgical skill was outstanding. Furthermore, his staff and hand therapists have made the whole process so seamless. Highly recommend Dr Smith and his team for anyone, young and old, with a hand injury.

Saw Dr Nick about a cactus thorn in my hand. Awesome doctor, super friendly (not like most surgeons ) Easy to talk to. Admin staff are really nice. Plus bright, modern facilities. Highly recommend for any hand related issues

I’m Principal GP at Human Care GP in Kent Town. I wanted to express my gratitude to Courtney and the team for organising an emergency review of a patient who sustained a fracture. This prompt review and management prevented an admission to ED and resulted in excellent therapeutic outcome. Thanks for the support. Dr Harvey from Human Care GP Kent Town

Firstly, it’s clean and modern, and with plenty of space for social distancing.
Libby works closely with surgeon Dr Paul van Minnen who replaced my PIP joint (see photos for progress at week and then 6 weeks) She’s very personable and friendly, with a sense of humour. She knows her stuff, and isn’t afraid to call the surgeon in to discuss best treatment options. She’s a star at making guards and casts out of the plastics used to support proper healing. Libby is fun, but she is firm when she needs to be.
I have made great progress, and that is down to Paul’s work, and then Libby’s post-operative therapy, and my own work trying to do the exercises.
I will need more joint work in my journey dealing with arthritis in the hands – thanks, footy, not!
I plan to use Paul and Libby again, when I need more joints replaced.
David Burne

Most brilliant care and communication at GRIP Hand Therapy both pre-and post-surgery following my son’s complex and broken dislocated finger. The uniquely tailored therapy got him back playing footy within weeks, in time for the start of the season. Highly recommend Nick, Corlia and all of the team at GRIP!!!

A highly recommended place for anyone serious about their health journey.
Customer Reviews
Ken, from Four Axis, delivered an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. As someone who values a proactive and results-driven approach, I was impressed by his ability to pinpoint the root cause of my shoulder bursitis and address it effectively—without relying on the typical long-term rehab plans seen elsewhere. After months of pain and discomfort, I saw immediate improvement and regained mobility almost instantly. Ken’s expertise and commitment to achieving real results make him a standout in his field. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-tier care and performance-driven outcomes.
John Pontikas

Ken’s warm demeanour, listening skills and ability to ask meaningful questions make him the best physio I’ve ever seen. Before I first saw Ken I wasn’t interested in seeing a physio at all because I was tired of being dismissed and being given stupid exercises that only aggravated my complaints further. I was intrigued after hearing about Ken from a couple of his clients and figured he couldn’t be any worse than anyone I had seen previously. It’s been almost two years since my first appointment and I am capable of things I truly could not have been without ever having seen Ken. The best part though is anything I’m not yet able to do doesn’t feel out of reach anymore. I’d recommend Ken to anyone who wants their physio to feel like a part of their team and not just another health practitioner.
Lauren Cugley

A few years ago, after trying countless physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths, I started seeing Ken. For 15 years, I had struggled with chronic back pain and often needed treatments twice a week. In just three visits, this remarkable man completely relieved my pain. Since then, I’ve referred my entire family, colleagues, friends—anyone who needs help. When I say Ken changed my life, I genuinely mean it. Unlike many practitioners who focus on repeat visits, Ken is dedicated to finding and treating the root cause, helping you achieve a pain-free, active life.
Melissa Cameron

Ken is amazing. I have a lot of issues with my body and he’s able to explain stuff that doesn’t go over my head. He looks at the whole picture of my body not just the key issues. I highly recommend him and I know we are on the right track to help strengthen me and get me out of severe pain.
Victoria Soto

Ken is a master of his craft. He has been able to help me intuitively read what my body needs to perform better, and knows how to ask the right questions to get there.
When I have had my consults with him I have never felt like just another patient. He truely talks to you human to human, friend to friend.
Thank you Ken for your passion and your expertise.

I saw Henry Lambert yesterday for a sports injury and opinion on rehab and surgery vs non-surgery routes etc. He was fantastic. Passionate, good listener, clear explanations, thorough examination and took his time to look at scans and show me things from my scans to help me understand my injury. Overall very happy and would recommend. Thanks
Phil Spyrou

Alex at Saunders Physio in Middle Park was fantastic in assessing, treating and providing an ongoing plan for a knee injury. He was very thorough in performing various tests and investigating potential related deficiencies to minimise the risk of re-injury and further issues. Alex instilled confidence through his competence, professionalism and friendly demeanor. Would highly recommend.

Only been once so far. Saw physio Siri – absolutely brilliant. Really nice and unbelievably patient. Going for sciatica & she has started me off with very gentle exercises. I have great hopes for improvement and eventually dealing with all the pain I have been in. My thanks to Core.
Kath DArcy

I’ve been going here for a couple of months now due to being so injury prone, seeing a lovely physio Ruby who seems to have the answers to every problem I have. Ruby will be caring and delicate in approach, yet standing strong in the treatment steps to get me right regardless of how uncomfortable it may be. Would highly recommend, as I have only seen such quick progression, treated in the best way possible. They also have such lovely reception staff such as Alana, who will offer a nice chat before entering your session!
Ky Anderson

After having some back issues I went to the team at Core, where I saw the physiotherapist Ruby. After a few physio sessions and now regular Pilates, which I enjoy, I feel stronger and my back has improved significantly. The whole team are super friendly and are really professional, highly recommend!
Davey Clarke

Super happy, after a few days of sharp pains and costant ache, Ruby was able to relax the muscles in my upper back and neck.
It was nice to walk out feeling almost normal again. Will definitely be coming back.
Dave Allen

Came here to improve my very successful chiropractor treatment. But all this success gone after only one visit of this center. After doctor’s Ruby Ghosh treatment I started feel pain in my back, huge pain and any movement became uncomfortable. Don’t know what she has done, but my back pain became much much worse.
She is a nice lady, but as a specialist I would never recommend here and this center to anyone else.
Very unsatisfied.

Money back guarantee apparently does not mean that at all.
I saw James for months. I told him at the first session money is an issue for me. I asked if I could see anyone cheaper than him personally. He quickly says that he is the only one with the experience to manage this. I had asked the receptionist maybe I see James for a consult and then see someone cheaper for follow up? Apparently this wasn’t possible.
In the first session James says yep, we should be able to fix you in 2 or 3 sessions. In the second session he says yep, should be able to fix you within 6 months.
And then when I am no better after months of treatment, and ask about this money back guarantee, I am given the runaround for TWO MONTHS, and then denied because “James noted improvement”. Oh the guy making the money says I’m getting better? I’m not any better James! Hope you sleep well at night taking advantage of people!

I went to see Kenneth at Advanced Physio for my neck after a boating injury. Before going to Advanced I had been to lots of other places with no joy and ongoing neck ache for 2 months!
Two sessions with Kenneth and I am now on the road to recovery.
Very pleased with this business and would highly recommended to anyone looking to fix and injury.
Thanks, Jamie

It is not surprising this clinic has been rated so HIGHLY – physios that work there provide excellent, proper care! I’ve just had a session with Lewis Hutcheson who was highly recommended by my colleague, and in 1 session he got rid of my lower back pain that has bothered me for at least a week. So I recommend this clinic – the results speak for themselves.
Ada Isabella

I have seen James twice and I have been blown away by the results. His advanced training in counter pressure techniques is incredible. I was a little sceptical at first, now I fly from QLD to have him treat me. I cant recommend him highly enough.

I have been treated by Ken for nearly a year and I can say that some very long held (and vey painful) issues have been corrected.
If you are stuck and no one else seems to be able to help, I strongly encourage you to book an appointment!
Thank you Ken, you have really made a big difference to my enjoyment of life.
