I've been attending STRONG Pilates for a few months now, and it's hands down one of the best workouts I've ever done. The combination of reformer Pilates and cardio bursts on the rower/bike keeps every class dynamic, challenging, and super effective. The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and really attentive to form. I love that every session is different, so it never feels repetitive. The studio itself is always clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere — high energy but still welcoming. Whether you're a Pilates regular or looking for a fresh way to train, I highly recommend giving STRONG a go. You'll feel the burn, but in the best way possible

I first joined STRONG Somerton Park as a VIP member before it opened. I absolutely loved all of my 114 sessions - the instructors, facilities, classes and location are amazing. I had to stop following an injury, and after a year, I have decided to go back. Nothing has been as enjoyable as attending STRONG has been. I have been welcomed back with open arms and I’m super grateful to be a part of this community, again. It is the best

Absolutely obsessed with this studio... This place has completely transformed how I feel about fitness, my mom core is ACTIVATED. The glute-focused days are my absolute favourite — I leave feeling strong, sculpted, and totally energised. The instructors are truly 5 stars across the board — knowledgeable, motivating, and always bringing great vibes to every class. Special shout out to Kenzie and Nicola who consistently go above and beyond to make each session fun and challenging. Okay, I’ll admit it… I still don’t love the erg (who does?!), but everything else more than makes up for it. The studio is clean, welcoming, and has such a supportive community. If you're thinking about trying Pilates, this is the place to be. Highly recommend, especially for the cold towel at the end of each workout...

Strong Somerton Park is my daily non-negotiable. In just 45 minutes, the hybrid work out of Pilates-reformer, cardio, and weights combo leaves me stronger, calmer, and completely reset. My body’s stronger, my mind’s clearer, and my energy’s improved. The trainers are fantastic—supportive and motivating —and the community atmosphere (plus the fun events!) makes every visit something to look forward to. I’ve tried many group training studios and nothing compares to Strong Somerton Park!

I’ve been going to STRONG for almost two years now, and it’s been such a consistent highlight in my routine. The combination of Pilates with erg efforts on the bikes and rowers is a game changer and keeps the workouts challenging in all the right ways. The eucalyptus towels at the end of each class is my favourite little thing and my key motivation at times (HAHAH). The instructors genuinely care, not just about how you move in the studio, but about you as a person. They’re knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to tailor sessions to your ability so you get the most out of every workout. There’s also a real sense of community at STRONG. The environment is welcoming and inclusive, and it’s the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. Can’t recommend STRONG enough. Big big love to the whole team
