I engaged Christina Fung (Adelta Legal) to assist me with a complex property Lease Contract which I was about to enter into. To keep myself informed and financially safe, the significance of comprehending the terms and conditions was paramount. These complex Contracts may contain terms which can go unnoticed or not be fully understood without engaging legal advice and expertise. I strongly recommend making this financial investment from the onset.
