Received such brilliant service from Mara who inspected our rental today — very efficient, quick and thorough & brought such a wonderful warm energy into the house; myself and my housemates were extremely grateful for Mara making the inspection process so stress-free, respectful and friendly. Mara was quick to send in maintenance requests when finding faults which was so greatly appreciated. It’s been a fantastic service to have Mara as a consistent inspector which has been such a highlight in our tenancy with the agency.

I cannot recommend Mara highly enough. She is not only an exceptional home inspection agent, but also one of the most genuinely lovely people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. From the moment we first connected, Mara brought a rare combination of professionalism, warmth, and a meticulous eye for detail that made the entire process feel smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. But what truly sets Mara apart is her personal touch. She’s kind, approachable, responsive, and always has your best interests at heart. You can feel how much she genuinely cares about the people she works with, and that kind of authenticity is rare. If you’re looking for someone who is incredibly thorough, trustworthy, and an absolute joy to deal with, look no further. Mara is, without a doubt, the person you want on your side during a home inspection. She’s truly a gem!

I’m quite disgusted at the treatment from this company and its staff. Can I give them minus 5 stars? The only member that has any integrity is the lovely Mara who we only see at inspections. Unfortunately all other correspondence has been rude, evasive and disrespectful from the high turn over of property managers during my lease. Grace Chen has been the worst so far. She did not notify me that she was the new property manager and I had to call the office to find out for myself, Never returns a call or email and is extremely rude and hostile. Any requested repairs are not actioned and the blame put on me for repairs of an ageing property the landlord does not maintain. It’s been extremely stressful and upsetting to have to file reports through residential tendencies to get basic repairs done. Looking at the MANY MANY similar reviews here it’s unsettling to see my case is not uncommon. Once you’re in they just want your cash and will ignore you. I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent a property.

We had our inspection yesterday and were pleased to see Mara again, as she is a familiar and friendly face. She always makes us feel comfortable and is an absolute pleasure to engage with. Mara is highly professional, addresses our questions thoroughly, and provides clear and helpful advice. We truly value her approachable manner and the excellent service she delivers every time.

Grace Chen’s service and communication has been appalling and disrespectful. We put in an offer for a property, she then relentlessly bombarded us with calls and texts messages, and then radio silence. No updates or replies regarding what was going on. We then finally received confirmation that our offer for the property was accepted. She then sent us forms to sign, with the impression to sign immediately. Less than 2 hours later she revoked our offer, with no context or explanation. She then refused to answer our phone calls, even despite us contacting her directly through the office and being told we would receive a call back. We never received a call back. It is ironic that she could call us multiple times and we’d reply almost immediately but she could not do the same for us and then replying hours later through text messages that were unprofessional with no explanation as to why the sale could not continue. We deserved the decency of a phone call and a proper conversation and we perhaps could have resolved this issue. Regardless of if the vendor had changed their mind on the sale. Grace Chen’s communication and lack of respect was appalling. For someone who works for ‘Professionals’ clearly does not understand the meaning.

I'm a wingfold tenant. Met Mara today who came to inspect unit. She was incredibly lovely, approachable and professional. What really stood out was her willingness to go above and beyond. She took the time to assist me in logging a maintenance request to have our dishwasher fixed. It's always reassuring to deal with someone who genuinely cares and is proactive in helping tenants. Thank you again Mara!

We have been tenants for Harcourts Adelaide City within 2 and a half years. We always had an excellent service from this real estate. All our property managers were good and performed they duty excellent. I would highly recommend our latest property manager, Jerry Ji. He definitely deserves 5star, always in touch, can answer any questions, and solve any problem. Thank you, Jerry, for our excellent experience!
