I would give them zero stars if it was possible. No response to voicemails. Also sent four(!!!) enquiries about a commercial property in Adelaide for sale over the space of a week without them even bothering with the courtesy of a response (two separate emails via two different email addresses, one enquiry via the realcommercial.com.au webform, one direct via th LJ Hooker Commercial Adelaide website).
The property is still listed for sale …. I wonder why?
It’s a shame that the building owner trying to sell the property is unaware that Mark Tettis/LJ Hooker Commercial Adelaide is not even responding to buyer’s enquiries.

I’m quite disgusted at the treatment from this company and its staff.
Can I give them minus 5 stars?
The only member that has any integrity is the lovely Mara who we only see at inspections.
Unfortunately all other correspondence has been rude, evasive and disrespectful from the high turn over of property managers during my lease.
Grace Chen has been the worst so far. She did not notify me that she was the new property manager and I had to call the office to find out for myself,
Never returns a call or email and is extremely rude and hostile.
Any requested repairs are not actioned and the blame put on me for repairs of an ageing property the landlord does not maintain.
It’s been extremely stressful and upsetting to have to file reports through residential tendencies to get basic repairs done.
Looking at the MANY MANY similar reviews here it’s unsettling to see my case is not uncommon.
Once you’re in they just want your cash and will ignore you.

Grace Chen’s service and communication has been appalling and disrespectful. We put in an offer for a property, she then relentlessly bombarded us with calls and texts messages, and then radio silence. No updates or replies regarding what was going on. We then finally received confirmation that our offer for the property was accepted. She then sent us forms to sign, with the impression to sign immediately. Less than 2 hours later she revoked our offer, with no context or explanation. She then refused to answer our phone calls, even despite us contacting her directly through the office and being told we would receive a call back. We never received a call back. It is ironic that she could call us multiple times and we’d reply almost immediately but she could not do the same for us and then replying hours later through text messages that were unprofessional with no explanation as to why the sale could not continue. We deserved the decency of a phone call and a proper conversation and we perhaps could have resolved this issue. Regardless of if the vendor had changed their mind on the sale. Grace Chen’s communication and lack of respect was appalling. For someone who works for ‘Professionals’ clearly does not understand the meaning.

I’m a wingfold tenant. Met Mara today who came to inspect unit. She was incredibly lovely, approachable and professional. What really stood out was her willingness to go above and beyond. She took the time to assist me in logging a maintenance request to have our dishwasher fixed. It’s always reassuring to deal with someone who genuinely cares and is proactive in helping tenants. A no hassle fast sale. We had been through a 3 month process previously with another agent which had proved expensive and fruitless. We had also paid for a stylist and this process resulted in a lot of inconvenience for us. This was followed by an auction process which was a total and expensive waste of time. After this I contacted Peter Price as I had heard good things about his business and that he was an expert in selling houses in our suburb being totally aware of the market in our area. Peter provided us with some useful tips for presenting the house. No sign was required which was great. Also he managed to get an online ad for us with little cost and significant interest was generated from this. He arranged for two timeslots of viewings on the Saturday. From this we got two offers and after some negotiation on Peter’s part we achieved a great price. This was after very little hassle and only one day of getting the house ready for viewing. I would thoroughly recommend Peter’s services to anyone who might be thinking of selling in the eastern suburbs!

No Fuss Sale! Peter and Rui helped us with the demolition and land division of this property, and had presold both lots before we even settled on the land purchase.
They managed the whole division process for us without a hitch, we got new titles less than 4 months after our settlement, and the old house was demolished a week after we settled.
We had no ad costs, no signage and no stress with these sales. We have sold with Peter and Rui before and very happy.

Pretty disappointed. Won’t be working with them moving forward. We had a draft copy (legally binding still) for a bank guarantee for a lease. It’s a long weekend and we won’t have the final document (that no other leasing agents I’ve leased through required in similar situations when they knew the final document was coming early the next week). I now lose the only three days we all had free to organise the business to trade. Now it’s going to cost us a lot more in time and lost income to our other businesses. Really disappointed. This will be my only time working with them, as I assume they won’t be getting me the lost time back for free.
Plus the girl in the back, just had such a rude look and attitude to her when my leasing agent spoke to her, like she was angry someone would even want to finalise their lease (not the one at the front desk she was lovely, and this in no way reflects how nice she was)
