My partner and I had the worst experience at this clinic . The fertility doctor I was given did not listen to us . Did a track cycle as requested and the nurses made me so many blood tests and missed booking me to the most important part - the scan but got send an invoice for the full cycle . When asked they said the nurse forgot . It's been a terrible experience.

Website boasts about research and knowledge, yet they palm off anyone and anything that won't make them ivf money to other gynos that don't see you for months. A complete waste of time trying to get care. Australias health "care" is failing its women.

Dr Tran Nguyen is nothing short of amazing, as well as the team at Embrace with particular praise to Despina who is always so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. As a person who has had issues for years and experienced pain, Dr Tran was validating throughout my endo management and I appreciate her practical nature in supporting a working professional and the realities of planning a family whilst having health issues. She is evidence based and confident in her approach, leaving you feeling relieved that you are in good hands. ☺️
