Had Andrew come by to replace the old flimsy back door lock with a much more secure lock. He also removed and refitted the existing fence gate lock, and even rekeyed it so everything works with the same key (very convenient). Friendly and efficient, I highly recommend Andrew!

Recently moved into new property and after contacting two other locksmiths -Salisbury Locksmiths were the third. They not only promptly came out to quote on replacing a very ancient sliding door handle and lock, they also replaced the lock and handle on another existing exterior back door and fitted a metal plate for bedroom door which now closes correctly. I can't speak highly enough of Alex's professional workmanship. Thanks also to Adam and Alison for processing the job too. Would definitely recommend the team to anyone!

Very disappointed to drive from Gawler after making a phone call first to presenting them with my remote and then being told they cannot do it need to go to a dealership. Went to mister minit and within 30 to 40 minutes I had a fully functioning spare remote key. Not that hard really. I expected more as looked very professional but got no joy here.

Mitch arrived on time and proceeded to replace my lock on my office door with a key lock so I can secure my possessions when I go on holiday. The landlord has tradies working on our bathrooms so now have peace of mind knowing a professional quality lock is installed to protect my valuables while I am away. Furthermore I had chosen this lock and handle style in the showroom and even then Adam steered me to a cost effective choice that still has actual full size keys same quality as exterior door locks. The door had to be resized was not fitting the lock so drilling and hammering involved so forget about cheap Bunnings off the shelf door handles they do not fit to your doors. Not sure where all the Chinese quality and prices came from my handle and lock match same quality of builders more than 10 years ago. I even saved $19.99 on initial quote so for a grand total of $230 I have total peace of mind.

I brought in the old door lock. Gave me the opposite hand. Price was 50, a lot for Chinese stuff that isn't in the right hand. The boss can probably only get what he can get..... It's an understandable mistake. You are going to have to eagle eye your way through this business too.-Update, turns out these locks are universal, you have to open up the clam shell arrangement and flip the door slide... Which the new fella told me about, Staffing makes all the difference.

The man too whom i spoke on the phone & came not fluent of english ,I supplied the new door lock as i repeatedly told him.Arrived approx 2 hrs after calling, appeared to not know what he was doing !! or was clocking up time repeatedly looking at his phone.Dropped the heavy metal door handle parts muliple times on my ceramic floor tiles.Could not align the "catch " plate to the door handle too which i showed him how to do it!! Stunk of b/odour then proceeded to charge me $ 200.00 cash plus $119.00 my cost of the Door handle." Not bad for a 15 min Arrival & $ 29.00 call out" Total"con job" !! " DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" Bitterley disappointed in going local !!!!
