Would give a 0 if we could. Arranged through emirates rang and confirmed 3 child seats. No driver arrived, rang them after 30 mins and receiving a message saying a 15-20 minute wait. The driver number I had been given said he didn’t even have the job listed. After multiple phone calls finally a driver arrived over an hour late with 2 child seats. Whilst the driver was lovely my anger is with the company and the lies we were told when they clearly forgot about our booking. If we were a couple we could have called an Uber. It’s a whole other level of stress when you have 3 children to transport as well. Extremely disappointed. Would appreciate some follow up.

Deep, was polite, kind and friendly. He is proud of his car which was immaculate. I left my phone in his car and he returned it to me without charging me. He is honest and goes above and beyond. I am grateful beyond words.

I have used Caprice Cars for many years and have always found the drivers to be friendly and polite. The cars are always clean and presented as you would expect. Bookings are made easily on line or by email. Bookings are confirmed. Most importantly the cars are on time. This is important when heading to the airport.
In my work I experience late notice changes and this usually affects my travel. A quick call/email to Caprice Cars and Ilona finds a solution to have me pickup.

Caprice Cars are so nice and they make it so easy – the driver is friendly, always arrives early and is waiting for me (not the other way around) to load and unload my suitcase for me; the vehicle is always clean; I arrive on time and the price is reasonable.
It’s a great way to start a holiday – and to be welcomed back from one!

Had an amazing couple of days with Jeff from Caprice taking us to the Adelaide Hills and then the following day to McClaren Vale. I would recommend the service to anyone travelling to Adelaide. My husband and I learned so much from Jeff who was very generous sharing his vast knowledge. He was also great with pivoting where to go as the weather was not kind to us.

A birthday winery tour was made even better by Jeff! He was kind, courteous and went above and beyond. When my shoe broke, he stopped into Mitre 10 and bought super glue for me. He carried our bought wines back from the wineries. He gave us chilled water and made us very comfortable, and took even better photos. Thank you

Did a tour of the Barossa with a friend this weekend – we booked a car and driver worth Caprice and we’re really happy! Our driver Paul was very accommodating and when we had some spare time in our schedule he took us to a couple of scenic spots in addition to the wineries on our itinerary.
Caprice managed our bookings at the wineries and our restaurant booking for lunch as well. I was super happy and appreciated the service. Will definitely use them again!

Wow wow wow. Where do I start? We booked the Mercedes Luxury Party Bus for our wedding day. We were super impressed by the price and as we only wanted one wedding car for the entire day it was perfect. We had no idea what to expect but we trusted in the descriptions and reviews and were not disappointed. The bus arrived well ahead of time to pick up the boys first. They had no issues connecting to the Bluetooth sound system in the bus for us to play our music all day. The TWO bars were stocked – one at each end of the bus, and we were never without beer, wine, soft drinks, water or snacks!
It perfectly fit all 13 of us for travelling to the ceremony, off to Kuitpo forest for photos, then back to the city for the reception. It was PERFECT.
The highlight? Our driver Hassan. Polite from the very first interaction, professional, and not afraid to join in on the fun (seen pictured posing with my hubby to be!). He liaised all day with our coordinator and photographer and got me down the aisle at the exact point I wanted during a song, all the toilet breaks we needed, and never said no to potentially risky locations for photos! He was willing to give everything a go! It felt like we had a friend driving us around all day, not a vendor. Thank you Hassan and Hummer SA from the bottom of our hearts. The luxury party bus was absolutely perfect and Hassan made our day.

I had a great night celebrating my birthday riding in the beautiful white 20 seater limo called Bella. Our driver Bevan was so friendly & energetic, he took heaps of photos for us & really did his job well making the night extra memorable. He also made sure no-one landed face down getting out the limo

Park blocking peoples driveways and tell you to just go around then complain you get near to the vehicle. Refuse to let you access your own home and just stand around watching.

Just a word of advice, if you know your hot pink hummer can’t fit on narrow roads or turn steep corners maybe think twice before driving it along the esplanade at Aldinga. This evening one of your drivers completely stopped all traffic rudely gesturing for traffic coming towards him and behind him to reverse back… forcing people to reverse into oncoming traffic or loose the front of there cars whilst he attempted a 75 point turn after realising – surprise- his massive hummer couldn’t make it through… gives a bad taste for your company….

An amazing experience from start to finish. Easy to book, on time pick up, beautiful car – loved the heated seats – perfect on a winters day in the hills. Recently moved to whats considered rural SA and as a FIFO worker require a reliable service to get me to and from the Airport. Ray and his team have been nothing short of fantastic. Prompt, reliable and always on time not to mention the great conversation which makes a 1hr ride feel like less than half that.

We had the pleasure of being picked up by Raymond and Damien when we first arrived in Adelaide. With three bicycles and plenty of luggage, they were incredibly helpful and made the process seamless. Their professionalism stood out from the beginning, with excellent communication, confirmations, Google Calendar invites, and text messages to verify everything was booked and ready to go. The night-before confirmation was a great touch, giving us peace of mind.

We also used their service for a trip to McLaren Vale for the RADL GRVL event, and they made everything effortless. From the early morning 6:15 am pickup to the return trip, they were always early, extremely punctual, and consistently reliable.

Fantastic service – 6 star actually. Max was waiting at the airport, texted before to say he had arrived so I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything. Limo was beautiful clean and comfortable and was parked very conveniently to the exit of the airport. It accommodated all my many suitcases easily. Max was polite and knowledgeable- showed me a few points of interest on our way to my accommodation. He helped with all the bags, waited while I checked in and helped store the luggage at my accommodation and with all the bags generally.

Highly recommended for a hassle free arrival into Adelaide and when you want someone who will really help their guests in their Limo service.

We booked the Mercedes V class people mover to transport the bride, bridesmaids and brides parents to our wedding venue. Adam was great to deal with and very responsive with communication. The car was clean and well looked after, and arrived early for pick up. Definitely recommend!

Paul was our driver to the venue. He was out of Mercedes PM introducing himself, very friendly and helpful. Talking on the way. Such a lovely man.
However, the driver who picked us up was rude and didn’t introduce himself. He stayed in the car and offered no help at all. He didn’t say anything on the way home.
Yes, I will definitely use Platinum Car Hire again only if Paul was my driver!
