I got a hybrid RAV 4 last week. Best car ever. Big storage room and comfortable seats with lots of safety features My car unexpectedly broke down the week before, and I found myself in a tough spot. Thankfully, I ended up contacting Jarvis Toyota at Somerton Park, where I was helped by Mr John Wood. From the very beginning, he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He arranged a loan car for me right away, which made the transition seamless. John was responsive and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything clearly and never rushed me or pushed for a sale. There was no hard sell, just honest, helpful information that let me make the right choice for myself. In about a week, I had the exact car I was looking for. The whole experience was professional and respectful from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for John if you're in the market for a car.

Buying a car from a Dealership can be daunting. My experience with Jarvis Toyota, however, was enjoyable. The salesman clearly had sufficient knowledge about the late model BMW I liked, to engage in a positive discussion. I drove the car and, whilst I was away from the dealership, my trade-in was valued.
