I had an incredibly disturbing experience at dealership few weeks back. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I was being treated differently—not because of anything I said or did, but because of how I look. The staff was dismissive, condescending, and outright unhelpful. I watched other customers (who didn’t look like me) get greeted warmly and offered assistance while I was ignored and even questioned like I didn’t belong there. One star is because without that I can't write a review.

I purchased 2018 Kia Sportage n-line, diesel auto & i cant be happier!! Lee the saleman looked after me through every step of the way, so a big Thanks to him!! A few things were missing in the car like the luggage boot blind & headrests in the back seat. As Lee promised he hooked me up with a boot blind, the head rests are on order, just waiting on their arrival. It felt the steering was just a tad off alignment, so today they fixed that for me, with a wheel alignment & suspension check. They returned my car after washing it, it looks superb & im a very happy Kia owner now.!! Thank you to everyone that helped with my process of a car upgrade, especially Lee he was awesome!!
