Did n9t use the right coat hanger to avoid destroying the shape of a sleeved dress. I dropped off 9 dresses, 11 items in total. it was very stressful carrying them home. Tip top would not let me pay for a few and pick up a few at a time. If you bring in a large amount of clothes, make sure you get them to give you a seperate docket for each item so you can pay and collect at your leisure.

Excellent customer service - I brought in a silk dress last week that was in ruins after accidentally putting it through the wash. I had been warned it may not be salvageable so I expected the worst when I went to collect it. To my delight, the dress came up better than ever. Tip Top Dry Cleaning went above and beyond to repair my crinkled dress and did not even charge me (even at my insistence). I cannot thank the ladies who work there enough! Will definitely return for all my dry cleaning and have told others to do the same.
