I have been buying wooden toys for my kids for 8 years now. I just love what Oskar’s wooden ark bought to the wooden toy community in Australia. The customer service and community feel was really lacking at other wooden toy stores before Oskar’s arrived.

Have been SO pleased with every order I have made over the years. We have such a lovely collection now that my 4 children play with every day.

Oskar’s also give back so much to their customers which is another reason I love shopping there.

What an incredible business, we’re so lucky to have this in SA! The most beautiful children’s toys, we have already started quite the collection and it continues to grow. Thuy, Simon and the OWA team are so knowledgeable and passionate about their products, they have taught me so much about what would be the best age appropriate gifts fr my child and they are always happy to have a chat over the phone, web, or in person. Local pick up is such a plus, my items are usually ready within an hour or two to collect. Easy parking out the front!

Love this shop. A perfect shop for people interested in anime. They have all things starting from anime collectables to video games and manga. The friendly staff members are always there if you have any question, be it the date of new merchandise arrival or a question regarding one of the collectables. Their website is also helpful in viewing the merchandise that will arrive or have arrived but not displayed.

Always one of my go to shops for pokemon cards or gundams. Good selection of cards at reasonable price

As a huge Anime fan, I’ve Been going here for a couple of years and I can agree that this place is one of the only best known storesthat’s associated with anime and it’s culture here in Adelaide. Friendly staff to support you at all times and many different mangas and collections that you can definitely find!

I ordered a pop figure online as a part of an anniversary gift but was informed that they didn’t have any in stock, so they ordered a new one to store for me. It was going to come later than expected but I needed it by my anniversary date, so they express shipped it to me free of charge for it to arrive exactly on time!! Very generous and friendly service!

I was on a mission to purchase a Labubu for my niece but had no idea where to start. Tommy at Mighty Toys gave me a quick run down on my options and 15 minutes later I became Uncle of the Year.

Tommy is knowledgeable and on trend, which really helps people new to the pop toy world like me.

If you know what you want that makes it even easier. Mighty Toys has a huge range, order online and pick up in store. It’s not uncommon for regular customers to spend $300 or more in one visit.

This shop in the city has a good range of collectibles, I came by recently and purchased a few things.

Just want to note that the customer service was severely lacking. The female behind the counter showed no real enthusiasm for my business, overall just seemed disinterested from the second I walked in.

I just figure if you’re running a collectibles store you’d be a little more enthusiastic towards your customers. I’m glad I was able to grab some items, but it was a weird cold feeling walking out of Mad Zombie.

Waiting for my order for months, ive sent many emails to you no reply unprofessional and robbers. Taking it further people beware don’t buy from this company.

Great place to buy hard to get die-cast models. Brilliant staff. 5 Golden Star service. A great place to visit if you’re in to all types of memorabilia. If you’re in Adelaide’s CBD you’ve got to check out this brilliant hobby store.

I have been to alot of Lego stores, but the lady that helping me today (Sun 04/05/2025 10:15AM) got the best customer service! She was so lovely and it was busy for her but it doesn’t hinder her at all. So impressed.

It’s one of the better Ag Lego stores I have visited. A good layout in the store, plenty of space to move around. It’s nice to see so many built sets on display. Allowing the customers to see details before purchasing.

The Lego Store in Marion is a delightful gem! The displays are vibrant and creatively arranged, showcasing stunning builds that inspire imagination. It’s fantastic to have such a dedicated space for Lego enthusiasts so close to home. A perfect spot for families and fans to explore and spark creativity together!

Nice LEGO store in Marion for Lego lovers. Huge variety of Lego choices, I couldn’t pick one for 30 minutes cause they were all so unique and cool! I’ll come back again when I’m wanting some Lego sets!

I haven’t visited this store yet, but I had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers, Jake, when he stopped by the TTP store outside of his work hours. I was dealing with an issue on an online express delivery for a large LEGO set that wasn’t appearing.. Jake kindly took the time—about an hour and a half of his own time—to get everything sorted over the phone. Thanks to his persistence and genuine care, I was able to leave with the set from their in-store stock. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I couldn’t recommend his service more highly!

Today I was in store with my 2 young boys. A woman approached staff and asked about making 2 mini figures instead of 3 and asked the price. The team offered her to make 2 for free. She then became over excited and in her words over stimulated. She then activated her support plan. Laying down in recovery position and calling her support person. The team in the Lego store were amazing. They handle the situation with respect, care and compassion. They offered her a chair and water and allowed her space to do what she needed. They talked calmly making sure she had what she needed and spoke to her support person in the phone reassuring both the customer and the person on the phone. I was so proud that my boys got to experience such a compassionate and understanding response. Well done to the staff are Marion Lego store. You were amazing.

As someone one who is new to the gaming world, Sebastian helped guide us, with expensive knowledge and understanding to constantly tailor options for us. We have returned multiple times due to always loving the games that he recommends for us. He friendly and kind And Will be surely able to recommend the perfect game for you

I purchased 10 Oz Wheel red belly cars for $12.90 each which I have since learnt that you can get them for $10 each at a number of other places. I got three of the same car and another two the same in two other cars, so out of my 10 cars purchased I had 5 cars that were duplicates, which came out of the one box of Oz Wheel cars. The makers have stated that each box contains all different cars so you should not get duplicates. Which means the store is going through the boxes and removing the more sort after cars. The cars vary in weight so you can work out which ones have diecast belly’s etc. I find this a bit dishonest, and especially at $2.90 more each item than you purchase anywhere else. The customer service at the Marion Westfield were not very engaging, I found the man how served me to be rude and the women that was also working there couldn’t care less that there was a customer. She continued to have a personal conversation right at the counter. I would definitely avoid this shop.

Price gouging current sets of Pokemon cards. It’s already hard enough trying to get cards at a reasonable price but to have a store with access to distribution charge 50% over RRP is a slap in the face to their loyal customers.

Great shop, with a wide range of games. High quality chess sets! I always visit here when I go to Rundle Mall to check out the chess sets. They are always updating their stock for new games, but also keep in stock the classic games. Staff have always been friendly here.

Always stocks a really impressive range of board games as well as wooden model kits, puzzles, and other fun little bits and pieces. They also have a pretty impressive case of dice as well as a bunch of DND books and figures. The staff are always really nice, happy to help but never pushy which is appreciated.

I visited the Toyworld in the Myer Centre, Adelaide very regularly, at times once a week.
The Customer service from Simon and his staff is exceptional.
I have 10 little people to buy for and I would never shop for Gifts & Toys anywhere else.
The Age group I buy for is between 3 years old, up to 13 years.
There is something for everyone.
Toys, Games, Jewellery, Play doh, Lego, the list goes on and on.
You will receive the best of Service and advice on any thing you may be interested in.
The Toyworld Adelaide is second to none.
It’s like walking into a massive toy shop.
You & the kiddies could spend, hours & hours just looking at all the merchandise.

I had been all around Rundle all hunting for a very specific toy for my son with autism and honestly gave up hope and settled for something else. Then the beautiful Milo came to the rescue and saved the day by talking to me to find out what I was after and mentioned that they have the deluxe version of said Lego instead. To say I nearly cried is an understatement! Milo you are a god send, thank you so much for making my little guys birthday so much better!!!

Great toy shop. Not many toy shops around these days, it seems. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is always plenty to look at even if you’re just wanting to browse. Lots of large Lego sculptures to look at too. Everything from toddlers toys to stuff for older kids like science kits and larger models. Even musical instruments like ukuleles!

Amazing toy store for hard to find an rare collectibles. Customer service is above an beyond AAAA+++ especially from Simon who went out his way to help me with my Barbie collection ( Fancy / Extra dolls are just ) too die for # ✨ magical ✨

These staff are honestly so lovely, I’m sure they get asked 100 times a day on when their Sonny Angels and Smiskis are getting restocked. I have called before to ask as well as been in store when people have come in to ask and they are always so polite and never make you feel annoying for asking. It’s just a shame they always sell out so fast on these specific products

Tucked away in a corner of level 2 of the MYER centre building. It is deceiving bigger than it looks from the entrance. Upon entry you’ll find This store is fully stocked, you’ll find a variety of indoor and outdoor toys to keep the kids enjoying classic toys not the digital kind. There are lots of fidget toys and a good selection of dress ups pieces. You do need to know your prices as some toys/items are cheaper and some are overpriced compared to other department stores. The customer service is a hit and miss though.

My absolute favourite place to go to for anime figures and blind boxes! They have the kindest and best workers in there with the best customer service! Always big smiles on their faces and always so welcoming! Highly recommend! Especially for ichiban!!

Me and my daughter are from mount gambier and we came to Adelaide she was searching everywhere for a labubu however couldn’t find one we went to toys Galaxy and seen them in the windows we went in and seen the claw machine and she paid $15 for 3 go’s at the claw machine and she got it she got the one she wanted and it’s real which is rare she is so happy

My favourite ichibankuji place. New claw machine is fun. Friendly staffs. Got this Labubu today.

Great place to get figures and ichiban (raffles) for not an extortionate cost. Due to it being tucked away, it’s also nice and quiet compared to the crowded other places.
