The booking process was quick and easy. Nathan was prompt in replying, and a time was organised. He messaged to say he was ahead of schedule and would attend earlier if that was convenient for me. Sam came today and refilled/repositioned some of the traps where activity had been recorded. Very affable and helpful guy who provided advice as well as service. The system appears to be working but may need to be diligently observed until the rubbish filled vacant block next door is developed.
