I called up to ask some general information, the lovely girl who obviously pretty shy offered for me o speak with someone who may be able to help, he got on the phone and straight away seemed passive aggressive, he asked for my name I said it a little bit faster then usual but also cause im not in their system for call back etc. I still gave him my name he got pretty rude about how fast I said it and asked me again to say my last name and made an unwanted comment stating “I can’t actually type that fast” pretty saracastic and rude if you ask me? When I never intended him to and that’s what I said, and told me he doesn’t need unwanted comments. Understandable if he’s having a bad day today, but that should honestly reflect on him and how he approaches a topic or approach a possible new client. Really rude and disheartening. Thanks
I don’t remember his name but he sounded a bit older and I would advise anyone calling uo for advice to not bother with him.

Alice Church was very good and handled my claim with the utmost respect and care.
Her assistant Lisa was very efficient and friendly I highly recommend both of them.

The staff are caring, attentive and are so helpful. The building is modern well laid out and very bright with lots of natural light with windows that have double glazing keeping outside noise out. Even the residents are happy and welcoming.

Staff are always pleasant and present warm and friend. My mother who lives there can be challenging at times but the staff somehow manage to keep their cool and treat her with love, care and dignity.

No other than Calvary! My mother inlaw resides there and the care the staff give is excellent. Plus it has a homeness feeling. Recommended.

Rooms are spacious and well designed, staffs are well trained and professional, with a ten out of ten.

Excellent front of house facilities offered, staff & ambassadors knowledgeable & informative.
The two bed apartment we were shown had many good points, but consider the rooms & balcony small. Limited storage particularly in the bedroom.

A new restaurant and Cafe nature providore have just opened for breakfast through to lunch, coffee and cake in the after, dinner is also served.

Love the café here. Great coffee and great choice of yummy things to have with it. The area is spacious and airy with a relaxed atmosphere.

Nice little cafe and great place to have coffee meetings. I just found this little gem why having a meeting and thought it was great. Pop in one day, also lots of ppl around if you just want a chat

This used to have a pleasant restaurant with an imaginative menu serving nice, healthy meals but no more. By way of example, my ‘Salad Nicoise’ comprised 8 blanched beans, 4 olives, 2 cherry tomatoes, 3 new potatoes cut in half and a large piece of barramundi. No lettuce leaves, no hard boiled egg, no capers, no anchovies and way too much barra. $36 My friend had the omelette with a side salad – the omelette was okay but the side salad was mainly tomato and red onion, drowning in dressing, served in something slightly larger than an egg cup.

There were several interesting options in their from the grill section, however, all were served with mashed potato and beans. There was a second menu available through the cafe which was 100% pasta dishes. NONE of the options on either menu were healthy or well balanced.

The restaurant looked dreadful – half the tables had not been set and did not have chairs. The waiter kept calling us guys – ladies would have been preferable – and the service was so poor that eventually I had to get up and get my own refill of tea.

Went there yesterday to see vogue music. They are friends who sing. First time for them to perform there. We shared some wedges. Will be going back every month.

Are any of the reviewers here actually Residents? if they were they would know they are being gouged for every cent by the management. Don’t retire to this place it is a very expensive rip-off.

In 10 years we, the residents, are experiencing our 7th Village Manager!!

The monthly levy has increased 10% for each of the last 3 years!!

My review is based on years of living in an LC village and reflects first hand experience. I have written my comment under a pseudonym as I fear victimisation by the owners and a noisy minority of residents (see the attacking comment from the owners as an example of their nature).

My Aunty lives here and the place is very beautiful. Very well layed out, nice and bright. Her apartment is fantastic and opens onto a stunning garden

A great place for elderly care and people in need on care the staff are very friendly and always eager to help when required I would highly recommended glenbrook to everybody when the need is required

Great place to shoot a few hoops or practice your tennis skills

this place is great for us retirees got all u need for a beautiful life style B4 i came here i checked out a lot of other lifestyle villages n found this one to be the best as for our units they r all ground level at no stage do u have to climb stairs or travel in a lift we r so lucky n tthe views we’ve got of sunsets the reservoir as for our safety here it’s a hidden treasure so peaceful n quiet

Such a welcoming community for our family who have provided entertainment for the residents. A vibrant and happy group.

I’ve been here for 5 months and love the place. The only complaint I have is the heating on the indoor pool keeps breaking down. Out of the 5 months I’ve been here the pool has been out of action for 2 months.
I’ve been told by people who have lived here for years that the pool had the same issues last year.

Nice quite community village. It has many activities, services and gathering for everyone who live there. They also offer assistance with getting to and from the shops. Very quiet and comfortable place to stay.

Not a bad place podiatry, hair dressers, bbq night. Walking distance to indoor pool and a caravan spot and car park and a good view off the reservoir.

It’s fine as long as you are fully mobile, narrow, windy paths link the units to the carparks so it makes it difficult for the older residents.
But the units are quite nice

Pick up a market place purchase. The lady I purchased the hand rail from had had enough – product was inferior and over charged for what it was. The process seemed like a faulty towers sketch. I offered to back out of our deal but she just wanted it gone. Rubbish how a beuracucy allows for dodgy stuff to happen.

Beautiful residents, good set up, a great facilities. Gives us peace of mind to know Mum is safe

All the facilities for older people to have a busy and full social life. Hall, pool, small library, great gardens and good safe place for older people to feel supported in their independent living. Houses are refurbished before each new owner moves in, each house has garage for one car, and a small courtyard garden. Plenty of activities to join if wanted, a tennis court, a park nearby for grandchildren’s picnics. Close to West lakes shopping centre and the beach and council library as well as golf course and bus transport.

Mum has just moved into this village. The help, support, kindness and efficiency of Le-Anne has been wonderful and we can’t thank her enough it is a very emotional time for mum and Lee-Anne and Roxanne have made the experience seamless thank you both again kind regards Julie and Judy

My grandma has been living here for 14 years! One of the original residents.

For people visiting and newer residents it is very aesthetically pleasing.

Fantastic facilities – we have hired the big hall (with bar and kitchen facilities) a few times over the years. And have also attended a few events opened to families of residents.
Loads of social gatherings and activities on offer, indoor swimming pool and spa. Health services including a hairdresser. All accessible behind secure gates with pincode access.

Beautiful location, it used to be a caravan park many years ago. Lots of trees (though the daily battle around the perimeter of homes, to sweep fallen leaves etc is a nuisance).

There is supposed to be a gardener included in the perks of the village, however my grandma was often told that they would not do certain things.

Everyone’s gardens do look lovely though some units don’t have fully fenced areas and privacy.

Residents are generally friendly.
There are a lot of homes in this village so can easily get lost!

We had a lovely afternoon yesterday (Sunday the 19th)and the Band which was there was brilliant.☺️

Central building offers meals and social gatherings.

First class everything exept shopping.
Need a car or cab and a very healthy bank account
