Amazing Experience with The Kalculators. I have been taking services from them from last 5 years, and they have been the best in assistance with my tax return every year and Now with Departing Australia Super. The staff has been great and Kaleem Sir has help me with my super refund, within days I got my refund! Highly recommended!!!!
Had been a loyal customer of The Kalculators for a number of years, but this was my last visit. Charged for a 'capital gains calculation' on my share portfolio: never happened before previously, plus this was a report that I had at my fingertips but was not asked for, so feel a little cheated. The accountant didn't seem the slightest bit interested in us and didn't ask many questions to try and get us a better return. Stupid and confusing app to do all documentation through, and although advised them of our new address, they failed to update this information on the official paperwork. We'll do tax returns ourselves from now on.
