Love this place, staff and friendly and accomodating, know their wines and cocktails well, whether you sit at the bar or head upstairs they are always ready for a chat and recommendations. Charming little venue.

Nice bar with friendly staff, coupled with great wines. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff. The bar has a rooftop area, but our preference for the night was to sit downstairs at the bar; soft lighting, comfortable seating, and cool decorations.

Proof is one of Adelaide's best hidden gem wine bars, up there with Rascals. The vibes are immaculate, and warm, and the service is so friendly. Proof is the perfect place if you're looking for somewhere hidden away from the chaos of Adelaide's nightlife hotspots. It is the perfect place to start a night out.

Had my wife's birthday here last night and I would just like to thank the staff for there excellent service. This is a great venue and I highly recommend it. A great night was had by all so thank you once again. We will definitely be back

Offering a concise wine list, skilled bartenders capable and willing to throw together even the most obscure of cocktails (or a Penicillin in my case), and with a relaxed atmosphere, Proof Bar is the perfect spot for a late-night tipple. Highly recommend.

Flew in from Perth today and this is our first bar of the trip. The cocktails and wine selections are amazing. If all Adelaide bars are like this, we might not leave.
