Customer Reviews
Mugen House has a rating of 4.3 out of 5 based on over 1151 reviews on Google
We enjoy going to Mugen House, especially for the all-you-can-eat option, which offers great value for money. The ingredients are fresh and there’s a wide variety to choose from. The dishes are prepared simply, which ensures fast service – ideal since there’s a two-hour time limit for ordering. While the food may not be exceptional, it’s consistently good and satisfying, especially if you’re looking for a casual dinner with friends or a chance to indulge a bit. The atmosphere is pleasant and we found it quite cool and comfortable during summer. The staff are polite and provide very good service.
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants — I went there often for about a month and really enjoyed it. However, I was quite disappointed during my last visit. The fried items came out very late, even in the middle of dessert. To make things worse, the rice — which is the most important part — was mushy and cold. After the first bite, I didn’t even touch the sushi. I really hope the rice is better next time I visit.
Get your booking in first. They will turn you away if fully booked! Serving speed is very quick so do not go crazy with your orders. No ordering in the last half hour of your two hour’s sitting. Sitting time begins from booking time so don’t be too late. I recommend the beef tataki and beef tenderloin on a stick. In general, any sushi is great here. The sushi rice is proper. Staff is very friendly and will explain what is being served. Stay AWAY from the karage chicken here as the pieces are large and oily. They made me lose a lot of appetite afterwards. Overall I had a great feed here.
Dining on a Tuesday night, I definitely got my money’s worth at Mugen. Make sure you book because even at 17:30, it was packed. Friendly staff and a promotion on that evening where there was a wide selection of drinks included in the package. I enjoyed all of my dishes and the sushi was particularly fresh and delicious
Amazing all you ca eat sushi was our plan and we accomplished that. Fresh and tasty all served quickly to order. every plate that came around looked as good as it tasted. From perfectly sliced sashimi to creative rolls and torched aburi options, everything was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere really stood out — it felt like stepping into a little slice of Japan. The traditional decor, friendly staff, and soft Japanese music created a relaxing, authentic vibe that made the whole experience even better.
A pleasant experience. Staff members are friendly and attentive. Strictly 90mins seating (all you can eat) so dont waste time and start ordering. Was warned by others about the food serving speed but ours was quite promptly. Free alcoholic drinks and mochi dessert for birthday. Its delightful.
Only some drinks are free on weekdays, so we ordered some extra ones. The food was too salty and I couldn't eat it at all. The remaining two fried dishes need to be charged extra, and the sushi wasn't wrapped very well either.…..
