If you are looking for a company to build YOUR Dream Home, rather than what someone else thinks is your Dream Home, then entrust the team at Precision Homes with the task. From the Very first concept meeting to the hand over of your new home, Precision Listen, Respond and Enact. We found the whole team excellent from William's work in turning your ideas into a practical concept, while being fully mindful of your budget. The Interior/Exterior Design team does a fantastic job in guiding you through cabinetry and Kitchen design, colour/tile selection and all other fittings. The site Supervisors ar great and the trades we had dealings with were all excellent, inc walkthroughs during build to ensure everything is right.
The build quality is superb, as is the after handover care.
Every meeting was on time, and commitment met.
We'd definitely engage them again - they are fantastic

Don't go expecting a bargain build, but you'll get what you pay for, with NO hidden surprises

Attempted on multiple occasions to contact Precision Homes to speak with a team member for a possible new build for our new home.
Unresponsive and never returned calls after leaving our contact details.
If this lack of response/communication is what it's like in these early stages of a build, I would hate to think what it'd be like during a build.
