We recently went on an eleven night holiday and had to find someone who we felt would be the right person to look after our 7 month old Golden retriever who we are really attached to as he is attached to us, after looking into Margaret’s dog house and visiting her , we still were not sure as it’s still a difficult thing to do , is to leave a pet you care so much about with someone you really don’t know. Murphy our retriever had an amazing time with Margaret and her other dogs she cares for and to see the care , passion and love she has for dogs is quite rare . She did an amazing job and we will be bringing Murphy back for a visit from time to time as Murphy bonded with Margaret with ease and we highly recommend Margaret to care for your family member. She was amazing.

We left our little girl Lola at Margaret’s Dog House for three nights and four days, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Lola settled in right away and was clearly at home under Margaret’s care. Margaret is passionate about dogs, and it shows in the way she treats them—kind, attentive, and professional. Her place is spacious, with plenty of room for the dogs to play and relax. We received some update photos, which was terrific too. Margret has been looking after Milly for 3 days a week for the last few months. Plus some sleep overs. Milly LOVES Margaret! She is always excited to see her and happy to stay. Milly has grown from a shy pup to a socialised and friendly 1 year old. She used to be nervous meeting other dogs, she is now more confident and socially aware. Margaret has been awesome in supporting me practise training skills to calm my super excited pup on pick ups. Have no hesitation recommending Margarets care and attention for your pooch.

Started coming as felt my two would be happier & more comfortable in a home away from home environment & they are! They love their visits to ‘Auntie Margaret’ and are keen to get inside at drop off – always a good sign.

I cannot recommend Margaret’s Dog House based on my experience. During my first visit, I observed behaviour that deeply concerned me, Margaret appeared to be quite harsh with the dogs, including actions such as slapping and showing a clear lack of patience. It was troubling to see such treatment in a setting meant to care for animals. In my opinion, there seemed to be little genuine interest or compassion toward the dogs in her care.I will not be returning and would encourage others to explore alternative options where animals are treated with kindness and respect.

Our dog Simba has been staying with Margaret for the last 6 years and really enjoys his time with Margaret and all his new friends. We certainly recommend Margaret dog house as a loving and caring environment for all animals.

We are so lucky to have recently found Amy at PawrentalGuidance to help us manage our high energy 10 month old vizsla pup when we are away from home. Our pup absolutely loves Amy and comes home from his outings happy & exhausted. It was evident from the first day we met Amy that she is super caring and a dog lover at heart. We highly recommend using Amy if you are in need of support in exercising and socialising your pup/dog.

We had Amy dog and house sit for us over the school holidays and she did an absolutely brilliant job. Our pup Mochi is a very energetic 7-month-old male Labrador, and as first-time fur parents, we were pretty nervous about leaving him. But Amy quickly built a lovely connection with Mochi and put us at ease.

She prepared enrichment activities and took Mochi out for walks and play sessions, which were great for his socialisation. Amy also shared heaps of helpful training tips—she clearly has loads of experience with animals, and it really showed in how she managed Mochi’s energy and behaviour. While we were away, she kept us regularly updated with messages, videos, and photos, which was so reassuring and lovely to receive.

When we got back, Mochi was honestly disappointed it wasn’t Amy and her doggo Ruby walking through the door—he clearly misses them and all the fun they had together! To keep him happy, we’ve decided to have Amy back as Mochi’s regular walker.

Amy also left our house super clean and tidy, which was such a lovely touch to come home to.

Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and thoughtful sitter.

Our Labrador Ivy absolutely loves Amy! I am so relieved to have found someone that takes such special care of her and genuinely loves her. We are so happy to have found someone that we trust with our pets. Amy goes above and beyond! I would absolutely recommend her.

We needed someone reliable and responsible to care for our farm animals (horses, goats, pig, alpaca, sheep) while we had a short holiday. Amy was all that and more. It stands out that she genuinely cares for all animals. She has experience with horses and connected with them immediately, and was more than capable of caring for our menagerie. We are so happy to have found her!

We hired I Do Paws for our wedding last December and had the best experience! Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with. very thorough with details, experienced, and always happy to answer any questions we had. Paige was our carer on the day, and she was wonderful. We even had guests comment on how great she was with Captain and Flash! Paige walked the boys down the aisle, took them around to greet guests, and stayed overnight with them until we got home the next morning.

Emily (the owner) was an absolute pleasure to deal with and her help in those early stages of planning was invaluable. Emily was so helpful with all of my questions and made the process so seamless and easy. For what could have been one of the most stressful parts of the wedding day, both Emily and Ash made it worry free!
Ash was absolutely incredible! She was so wonderful with Wally and kept him entertained and busy during the boring parts of the ceremony. She sent us the most beautiful photos of Wally waiting at the end of the aisle for his big moment. These had us tearing up!! Ash made us feel so at ease throughout the whole process and took such wonderful care of our fur baby! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

Surely these photos speak for themselves?? Having our sweet adopted rescue pup as part of our wedding day was so important to us, we actually booked with Emily and saved our date before we had adopted a dog at all!
We went to university with the owner Emily and have loved watching this business bloom, so were a little biased when it came to choosing who to book for our day. We met team member Bri who was an absolute delight during our meet and greet, and we trusted her with our girl completely. In the day she picked her up, kept her safe, transported her around, and worked with us during the ceremony. Our dog has separation anxiety so we knew it wasn’t going to be completely smooth sailing, but Bri was absolutely perfect for the plan to “wing it” and on the day everything turned out perfect. She even got her home safely and in the crate with dinner for when nanny and poppy came home after the reception.

Having them with us was incredibly important to me, as they are such a cherished part of our family, and knowing they were in such capable hands gave me peace of mind. We had a lovely meet and greet with Emily before the big day, and the girls made themselves right at home—attempting to claim a spot on her lap as we discussed all things wedding. Cannot reccomend I Do Paws enough if you have a furry family member you want to come to your wedding.
Torianne was the best chaperone for our cavoodle Crumpet on the day of our wedding. Being a vet nurse myself i wanted to make sure our cavoodle was in the best of hands and with Torianne i had no doubts .You could tell Crumpet was so comfortable and relaxed with Torianne which made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy our day without worrying about how our little fluffy man was going. They were fantastic at communicating with us before and on the day and so great with Crumpet, you could tell he was so at ease . Torianne also helped him to be the best ring bearer ever .

We initially spoke with Emily throughout the booking process who was so lovely and helpful and then our dog Koda had the fortunate honour of having Brianna as his date. Not only was she absolutely wonderful with Koda, she also went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. Brianna was so incredibly kind and we loved her! This company is incredible as they made time for a meet a greet so Koda wasn’t with a stranger on our day. Initially we were iffy about bringing Koda as we weren’t sure how he’d go (as he can get quite excited) but Brianna was absolutely amazing and kept him cool calm and under control. Brianna also took some incredible photos of Koda on our day and we are so appreciative. She made our day unforgettable and we can’t recommend I Do Paws highly enough. You will not regret it!

We’ve used Tracy’s Pet Services twice recently while being away on holiday, and both experiences have been fantastic. We cannot recommend Tracy’s Pet Services highly enough… We were very nervous about leaving our beloved cat for a holiday and we didn’t want to use cat boarding as our cat doesn’t handle the stress. From the initial in-person consultation that @Janne organised with pet carers Diane and Tanya, we knew that our cat would be in great hands. We received regular updates during our time away – pet carers Dianne and Tanya went above and beyond (even dealing with an unexpected ant infestation). Thank you all so much!

Janne as been amazing at looking after our black Labrador Ludo. We regularly have two visits a week when we are both out at work all day. I have used Tracy’s Pet Services many time to look after my precious cat Millie. They provide an excellent service taking good care of Millie as well as watering the garden & collecting the mail. They are very trustworthy and send regular photos of my cat. Millie is much happier staying in her own home. I would highly recommend their service.

We had the absolute best puppy training experience with Jordan! Having these smaller group classes definitely allows more attention and time to train each puppy, and allows them to not be too overwhelmed too! Jordan was incredibly patient, approachable and clear with training instructions! Our Labrador puppy has received plenty of compliments of being “friendly”, “well-behaved”, “sensible”and of course all sorts of cuteness ☺️

My doggo Ziggy had a lovely time with Jordan on his nature walk – he came back very tired esp for a Border Collie see below. Jordan has a great rapport with dogs and people!

We have just completed the latest puppy course with our two Weimaraners. Jordan was well organised, patient and understanding. He was always relaxed around the sometimes boisterous puppies. The course was well structured and organised, and held in a good setting for outdoor training. We were provided detailed notes to help with our own training during the week. Highly recommended.

Puppy Matters Co, puppy training school was a great experience for our 16 week old weimaraner. Jordan was a perfect instructor, he was very patient, friendly and helpful. He and his partner imparted a lot of useful information and knowledge during the 6 weeks of training. We highly recommend taking your pup, you won’t regret the early and supportive training!

We couldn’t be happier with the care Jan gave our two dogs, Scout and Sully, while we were away for the week. He stayed at our house so they could stay in their routine and feel comfortable — which was especially important as Scout is on medication and Sully is only 5 months old. We were a bit anxious about leaving them, but Jan quickly put our minds at ease. He kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which meant the world to us and really helped us relax while we were away. Jan walked our dogs while we were on vacation. Prior to us leaving he came and met us all and learned all about the boys. His communication was fantastic and it was lovely to see photos of them on their outings.
I have no hesitation in recommending him to look after your fur babies.

Jan did a great job looking after Loki. I can get a bit anxious when leaving him in a new place, but from the photos he looked to adapt quite well. Jan obviously has quite a good understanding of dogs and their nature. Sad to leave my dog when I go away, but I will certainly use Jan again in the future.

Jan is a professional dog trainer, carer and walker, not a part timer. We have a very strong 65kg Mastif/Dane which Jan has walked for us whilst we are on holidays as our house sitter is no where near trained enough for the likelihood of something happening while walking. Jan is very confident and picked up on our dogs traits and habits very quickly, he kept us informed on how each days walk went and let us know if there was anything he noticed out of the ordinary like a limp or lack of energy etc. We have booked Jan again for 3 weeks of daily walks later in the year and would have no hesitation in recommending him and his services. Very reliable!

Jan was great with our two Goldies and our 2 cats that needed some furchild minding for a couple of days. They loved their long walks and playtime and were super happy. Thanks Jan!

We have been with Rapha for 3 years and Monty absolutely adores him! He loves adventures with his pal!
Rapha and his partner Viv have looked after our boy beautifully for walks, daycare and overnight when needed (I am a shift worker). We trust him completely. When it was myself and Monty for a couple of years when my partner was away for a couple months at a time, I could go to work and be 100% happy that Monty was in safe hands.

Our Husky Chase loved his first adventure walk with Tash from A.L.E! He can be a bit of a handful, but from the moment they met she handled him wonderfully. Jen is reliable, talented, highly professional, caring and very clearly passionate about all animals – not to mention her services are very reasonable, especially as she goes above and beyond for your pet. She’s been walking my Cavoodle Toby for 8-9 months and my dog literally sat at the gate and cried for her to come back after their first few walks! She works with him to walk on a loose-lead, learn not to bark at other dogs, she’s taught him tricks and manners – more importantly she’s taught ME how to teach HIM quickly and effectively without making me feel like a complete goose! You’re not just getting a dedicated dog walker – she takes amazing photos of your pooch, teaches general obedience and “everyday skills” whilst providing stimulation, exercise and love to your pet. It’s probably the best service I’ve ever received, on top of making your pup even more loveable and well rounded. He looks at her so adoringly, the bond is palpable. My highest recommendations.

Jenna looked after my puppers over Christmas and it was a Godsend not having to worry about them and being able to enjoy my holiday. I’m quite particular with who I chose to look after my dogs because my big boy needs medication daily and also needs someone who can tell if he’s in pain and can deliver the right amount of pain relief. He comes with his on manual which through Jen’s meet and greet I felt really comfortable leaving them with her.

From start to finish the process was super easy and very transparent. I was given photo updates everyday as discussed and all of my instructions were followed. She even went above and beyond when I had forgot to restock crickets for the lizard and she had to go out and get some.

Coming home was easy, I selected the option to do a handover through message so I could come straight home and relax. Jen left the place immaculate, which was a feat in itself as I had a professional cleaner come through just before her stay.

Not only did she look after the dogs, keep the house clean but she even took it upon herself pick up the back yard and water the plants.

I would highly recommend Jen’s pet care if you are looking for someone who will absolutely adore your pets, is professional from start to finish and is trustworthy! ☺️
