Buyer beware: this company will over quote, over charge, and expose you to safety and insurance issues.
They have been known to deliberately inflict additional damage and then quote an additional multiple of their original charge to fix that.
No one needs to pay $1,049 per hour to “investigate” - not even attempt to fix - an electrical issue when a reputable sparky will probably sort you out for a fraction of this scammer’s fee.
Tip: Never pay them via bank transfer: use a card so you can contact your bank and claim a fraudulent charge back (or at least a refund for services not received)

I'd give zero if I could. Metros came out & charged $1400 & left a family with 4 small children, registered life saving equipment & a parent with terminal illness, with no power & actually made the problem worse than it was.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
