We turned to MSM Legal for help with our Partner Visa after being recommended by a friend who was successful in obtaining a Partner Visa themselves through this firm. 1. Our first application for changing from a 457 work visa to a 186 permanent residence visa was questioned and rejected. After that, we successfully overturned the case through AAT to retrieve the original 457 visa, and then continued to apply for a 186 permanent residence visa. There has been no update in the middle. After being investigated again for the second time in three years, the Immigration Bureau asked for an explanation again. The 186 permanent residence application has always been stagnant, and the possibility of refusal is very high, so we found MSM Legal to become our new agent under the introduction of the former agent. 2.
