Not the best Kmart in town.
The store has a messy feel and it is difficult to find things in here.
Narrow aisles that are either packed full or empty, and the toy section on the first floor is rather small.
Prefer other Kmarts in the suburbs which have a better variety.
It is in the middle of Rundle street which is for pedestrians only, so no parking outside.

I bought a slotted turner here this afternoon. Before I used it to cook, I found a lot black smudges in the slots and tried to clean them, to no avail, yet cut my fingers because they were pretty sharp. I will try to refund it tomorrow. I say “try” despite the already egregious circumstances because a friend told me that they once tried to refund an item here. A staff (a white lady with short hair) looked at them up and down and asked whether they were Japanese or Chinese. Upon hearing the answer she refused the refund request.

Friendly staff, however a severe lack of stock with many isles of clothing simply missing the item or multiple sizes. Very disorganised with multiple clothing racks littered with random objects.
Long wait times in line, all in all there seems to either be a lack of staff to properly maintain the store, or perhaps simply a lack of qualified staff, as many seemed to be unsure of their roles.

Awful store. Dirty and messy.
Sticky floor like a nightclub, stock just thrown around and spread throughout the store, rubbish EVERYWHERE, used coffee and juice cups dumped on shelves.
Maybe the customers trash the place, but I don't think the store has been cleaned in months, possibly years.

Riley staff in Rundell doesn't like to look for Surging Sparks Pokemon singles and 6 booster pack. He ignored me twice. I told him that his colleague told me that those are in stock. He even check his gadget that those are in stock. I Just didn't have time that time to buy it last 2 days ago. I was in store at 2:30PM, Dec 7, 2024. Bad service experience.
