Karl Chehade Dry Cleaning

Lost or damaged a pair of trousers. Not sure which as they keep getting the poor young girl from the store to call me and pass on messages from the manager. RETURN my property OR replace the item you have lost or damaged.

Amazing service! I had a beautiful designer dress and someone spilled her drink on the back of my silk dress, there was a big stain on the bottom. I thought it was ruined and it was the first time I was wearing it so I was really upset. It was a dry cleaning only dress... brought it there, when I went back to pick it up...unfortunately the stain was still there and they were very sorry about it. They suggested (with no additional fee) if i gave my permission they could wash it (very delicate) to make the stain go away... I hesitated because it s a dry cleaning only designer dress but in another hand I could not wear it anymore because of the big stain on the back... the lady working there was so nice, I decided to trust her judgement and said ok... a few days after I picked up my dress and it was PERFECT, stain was gone, no faded colour, did not shrink, looked like new. Will definitely use their service again as I was very pleased with the results, very nice/friendly staff, great communication!

Karl JR, was professional and responsive to my customer requirements. Honestly, since leaving South Yarra, I have found it difficult to find a dry cleaner in Adelaide who cares about my clothing as much as I do. Thanks Karl, very much appreciated.

Customer service is very poor. A smile and how are you, doesn’t cost anything but goes a long way.
I normally use one on Unley road, but his time I went to the Hutt street.
