Instant Lawn Adelaide

I was absolutely blown away by the service from Instant Lawn Adelaide.
Having just purchased a property with a completely paved backyard, getting these guys in to remove pavers and lay some turf has completely transformed my outdoor space for myself and my dog.
Their service was friendly, professional and efficient and the quality of the work is exceptional.
To ensure success post installation they included an irrigation system + pop up sprinklers that can be controlled from my phone so my new lawn can stay hydrated/healthy and they offer a follow up service within weeks of installation. Outstanding customer service, I would recommend them to everyone!

Looking to get a new lawn, Instant Lawn has your back. I have gone through 3 other landscaping/lawn companies and none had the knowledge and understanding of Instant lawn Adelaide. They will first understand the customers issue or query and suggest options based on the customers specific need. Easy to communicate with and all the team members that I had interaction with were just as good. Thanks again.

We had a great experience with Instant Lawn Adelaide from quoting, pricing, visiting our property and following up, Matt was super friendly and communication was on point!

We seriously regret choosing Instant Lawn Adelaide to install our sprinkler system. The poor communication initially should have been a red flag on its own.
After the team "finished" on day 2 of their 'one day job', we were left with incomplete work, leaking sprinklers, exposed electrical wires, pipes not buried, a dodgy metal grate through our concrete and a mess of mud and dirt, we sent photos and tried contacting Matt that same day, but he ignored us.
When he finally returned our call, he was full of excuses about how busy they have been and that the team had another job to get to.
We requested that Matt come out to review the problems which he reluctantly did, he agreed that it wasn't up to scratch but was again full of all sorts of excuses, he was unapologetic and had no empathy for the state our home was left in.
We had further poor communication and quite unprofessional messages trying to arrange to have the issues fixed, he even asked us to make a payment for the materials used prior to returning!
When they eventually did come back, they came nearly 2 hours late, made suggestive comments that we were being difficult and didn't test the sprinklers before they left and had to come back to fix them again, several times.
Their quote boasted about respecting your home and leaving it how it was found. We were told that there would be minimal damage to the existing lawn as they would use a trencher to v-cut the lawn, this was not the case. The lawn has been butchered and some areas are bad enough that they'll need to be replaced. The lawn that is still intact is covered in rocks and dirt. Our children can no longer be left to play in their own backyard as there is so much dirt and mud, not to mention holes in the grass and small bits of plastic, pipe and packaging.
We are still left re-levelling sprinklers, burying pipes, cleaning up dirt and unfortunately we will now just have to live with the dodgy silicone and sand filled trench in our concrete that we have been left with.
It's been a horrible experience, we would have preferred to have no sprinklers, 100% do not recommend.
I should add that these photos are the final product we have been left with after several attempts to have it fixed.
Edit: we have tried contacting Matt as per his request below with no response. We had been trying to contact him again prior to this review also with no response. I have lost count how many times. What an absolute joke of a business, beware.
