Watching Moana 2 at Hoyts Norwood on the Extreme Screen was an incredible experience! The massive screen, paired with the crystal-clear sound system, brought the movie to life in a spectacular way. The leather recliners were exceptionally comfortable, making the experience even more relaxing. The spacious and well-designed theatre added to the overall enjoyment. Hoyts Norwood is definitely the perfect place for a premium movie night!

The seats are pretty comfortable and are nice and wide with big drink holders. There is plenty of parking but the machines have gone cashless and are quite difficult to use. We witnessed a massive line up of cars at the exit due to the difficulties with the new machines. We were in an upstairs cinema. I have mobility issues and there were stairs that went halfway up before the escalator started which is a ridiculous design. We tried to go up in the lift but for some reason it will only go down and not up. So there is no accessibility at all for the top level, only stairs. This has made us unlikely to return since we don't want to have to deal with these accessibility issues again.

HOYTS Cinema Norwood is a really great movie theater. The facilities, service, and environment are all excellent. The seats are very comfortable and spacious. The lighting and sound settings make people feel very comfortable. Catering, shopping, entertainment, and parking are all very convenient.
