Came here after a few days of cycling at the Tour Down Under. It was easy to book, and the 90-minute massage was amazing, lovely, and clean and an amazing massage. Hit the right spots, I was very sore, but this sorted me out.

Went here for my 50th birthday for a couples massage. Lovely decor. Friendly staff. Exceptional massage – I chose Traditional Thai with oil. My partner chose aromatherapy. Both went for 1.5. Only downside is their toilet is outside. Other than that great and really appreciated the hot tea afterward. Will be back!

Spa was nice and relaxing, massage was good however, the girl finished my massaged too early. I had an appointment there last night at 5.45 got there just after 5. Massage didn’t start until 5.15 and when she was done I looked on my phone as I was getting changed it was only 6.27pm. I have booked and paid for 90 but she somehow finished 18minutes early. I was too shy to say anything at the reception as there were a lot of customers at the time and I didn’t want to seem like some weirdo counting the time but I can’t help but feel ripped off.

Everything about the place was amazing! The reception was so welcoming and warm. The massage therapist was on point! The technique, the pressure, gentleness all in one. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Steve at Rub Massage Adelaide was recommended to me by a friend after I had a serious fall. Steve’s approach was very professional first discussing with me over the phone what happened, suggesting I first get an X-ray to ensure there were no fractures before proceeding with a massage. Once it was safe to proceed, Steve’s intervention gave me immediate relief. I will be returning for further treatment and highly recommend Steve and Rub Massage. I like that Rub massage checked with me after the treatment that I was happy with the service. Excellent service all round.

Rub Massage Adelaide provides a customised, excellent service. So far all therapists have been excellent and more recently, Rodrigo took the time to understand what I was seeking and delivered. He is a knowledgable, respectful therapist, and I highly recommend him. I felt great after, with my tense muscles much more relaxed!

unfortunately it was the worst massage and spa experience I’ve ever had. I think the girl doesn’t know how to do a massage at all and she has no professional skills, I wasn’t pleased. The salon itself is not cozy, the room is cold. I can’t recommend it to anyone.

I went here after spending a day in Adelaide with a flight to Hong Kong next day, I’d been for 8km walk and 10km run so was a bit stiff. I had the modern Thai massage, it was fantastic, the lady that gave me the massage was great, she was about 5’ tall and probably weighed about 50kg but she really could dig into my knots. Unlike a lot of Thai massages there was no suggestion of “extras” (if you know what I mean) which is good. I was lucky and got a treatment as a walk in, at 17:30 but, the phone didn’t stop ringing and many people came in and were turned away so worth booking.

Booked this for my boyfriend, he loved it! front desk lady was well mannered, and he said the massage was great. Even took us in 10 minutes early! Only thing- the prices are a bit high but i think it’s well worth. Also, the lady massaging my boyfriend stepped out the room to take a phone call for about 2 minutes. Other than that, they seem to know what they’re doing and communicated very well, asking if the pressure was okay and which areas he’d like focussed.

The place is cold. Even there’s heater in the bed, it’s still very cold during the oil work on the back(it’s winter, they don’t have air conditioners). The stuff there are not very friendly while I mentioned the coldness, they don’t care. The massager(a young lady) was quite amateur, just wondering her hands around my skin with oil and not solving any physical pain.

This place offers authentic Thai massages from Thai speaking masseuse who are very nice and attentive. Cash prices are AUD5 less than credit card charges but still very reasonable (eg, 60 min for AUD 80 cash). Not very easy to find as the store is not off the street (see pics on exact location).

Enjoyed it immensely. Especially being cocooned in a blanket all cosy and warm. Loved the leg and feet component. Only concern is them using almond oil mixed with baby oil. If I had had a nut allergy, which they did not enquire about, I could have suffered an anaphylactic shock episode. My fiancee and I will be back! Will be regulars. Thinking once a month we both need it and deserve it! Highly recommend.

My therapist had poor technique and was distracted. I asked for neck massage and she kept using elbows and forearms aggressively and purposelessly.

Although she was friendly, it was shorter than my requested time, and she was distracted talking to others which I felt was rude. I am a remedial massage therapist, and hope this feedback is taken on.

My first ever google review – This was a terrible experience. Wish I’d never gone here. Went in for a neck, shoulders and back massage for the minor muscle stiffness in my shoulders, left with a sore spine from him aggressively pressing into it, scratch marks from him scratching my scalp (why he was even touching my scalp, or arms and hands for that matter is beyond me), and when he put my arm behind my back and began pressing against my shoulder joint to near dislocation I had to stop the session. Hopefully the other people working there are better but the guy I had was the worst and I wouldn’t wish what he did to me on anyone else. 0/5 stars.
