I came here after I fell down the stairs and injured my back. At first, I went to a different place, but I didn’t feel like I was making any progress. One day, my lower back completely locked up, and I couldn’t even hold my purse. That’s when I called Dr. Goran. The staff was amazing and managed to get me a last-minute appointment. Dr. Goran is not only well-educated but also very easy to talk to. He took the time to thoroughly assess my movements and started treatment right away. After the first adjustment, I felt immediate relief. I could walk more than two steps without needing a break, and my posture was already better. I’ve been coming here for treatment ever since, and I can feel a huge difference in my back, neck, and jaw (I know, I’m a bit of a mess!). Dr. Goran is truly amazing, and I feel so good that I’m now bringing my two boys in to help them improve their posture too. I will highly recommend him and his wonderful staff to anyone in need of care!

The actual appointment was quick and painless and the doctor was nice, however loss of two stars because we had to wait over half an hour for our appointment. This was quite an impact on a working day and very frustrating when the appointments should be pretty standard so they should be able to stay closer to time than that. Otherwise good experience.

Went in today to check some eyeglasses on sale and I found one with a red tag on that is in the sale section. The salesperson told me it’s not actually on sale. Waited for a while for clarification and was told that they will check it with the manager if they can honour the sale price. Continued to serve other customer instead of addressing this concern. I’m a customer of this shop for long time but I guess it’s time for a change. As far as I’m aware it is the store’s responsibility to honour the pricing that they have indicated or even decently address this concern right at the moment and not let their customer wait for nothing or even acknowledgement. So disappointed!

It’s been an exceptional experience with City Physio and specifically with Physiotherapist Simon and the Remedial Massage Therapist Pavel. After suffering from whiplash due to a car accident. Simon’s expertise and care have been evident from the very first session. They listened to my concerns, provided a treatment plan, and have helped me make significant progress in my recovery. Both Simon and Pavel are professional and personable, with a down to earth approach. I feel confident and supported in my path to recovery.

The worst physio I have ever been to. I had Mr Simon Mew treat me twice for headaches and both times were perfunctory. His “massage” was more like caressing, and he did it absentmindedly while playing with his phone (he only used one hand, the massage was intermittent without any force). After 15 minutes, he couldn’t wait to tell me that the treatment was over, without any stretching or daily maintenance advice, and didn’t even ask if I felt better. If he doesn’t know how to do physiotherapy, then he must be racist to treat me like this.

Many of these physios would often go too light on the massages. She never once just addressed symptoms — she always wanted to get to the root causes of my health concerns.
