I called because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and had a sore tooth. I got an appointment within an hour. The staff were so nice and my check up and clean with Dr Jasmine was pain free and calm. I get pretty nervous so that was important. I loved the fancy rooms and TV on the ceiling to distract me. My private health covered my visit, which was a miracle too.

Easy parking around the corner, the set up of the clinic is beautiful, clean and provides a sense of calm. Friendly staff at the front desk and really professional dentist and assistant during the process. I am definitely coming back again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

I had a prostatectomy recently carried out by Dr Ashrafi. Amazing job. The robotic surgery was very effective. I lost very little blood and the nerves were avoided. I healed quickly and only needed two nights in hospital. He works miracles. Can’t recommend more highly.

Attention to detail from Dr Ashrafi was excellent and reassuring. Had a problem with expired referrals for ultrasound and blood test. I was assured that new ones would be texted to me but it didn’t happen so I had to travel to the Calvary Adelaide to sort it it out, which happened.

Very impressed with the quality of care and heartfelt support for my husband. I would trust Dr Ashrafi with his life. Thank goodness for this man and his staff I am forever grateful.

I was extremely happy with the way I was treated. The experience I had before going to Dr Akbar Ashrafi was absolutely horrific & I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. But, once I was referred to Dr Ashrafi I was in safe & very capable hands. I would never go back for local help!!!

When my husband was diagnosed with prostate cancelled it was recommended by the urologist we initially consulted that he undergo a robotic prostatectomy. On researching the procedure we were very concerned that recovery would be too challenging due to other health issues. I therefore contacted Dr Ashrafi and we were delighted that he felt the condition could confidently be managed with monitoring and medication.

After two years the disease is under control and we are relieved we sought a second opinion. Dr Ashrafi has a very caring but relaxed manner and is a great communicator who listens as well as advises. His staff are also very professional and welcoming.

I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Dr Ashrafi to anyone in need of urology services.

Big compliments to all the staff at MediPedi! I learnt so much this morning about how to properly care for my feet. The podiatrist was very informative and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly.

When I first entered, I was offered a selection of gorgeous foot soaks, which was just beautiful! Just from my first visit, my feet already feel so much better. I’m incredibly impressed with the time they dedicate to each client, plus the top-quality service. The price I paid to see a podiatrist and have my toenails painted was very reasonable I was actually shocked.. – this is definitely something I’ll continue doing every six weeks or so to keep on top of my concerns.

It’s absolutely worth the investment to have your nails cut and cared for correctly by a qualified team, and I must say the cleanliness was hospital-grade. Thank you so much, MediPedi, for such a wonderful experience this morning!

We have always received excellent service at the North East Skin Cancer Clinic. The reception team are welcoming and efficient and the doctors are highly skilled. Dr Lynton Stephens is approachable, thorough and takes time to explain any necessary follow up appointments. We have been extremely happy with their professional service.

I booked through Hotdoc which was very easy to access. I saw Dianne Howski who was very friendly and after checking out my concerns and explained the biopsy procedure I will be having in a couple weeks. Receptionist staff also very friendly.

I went in for a skin check, choosing this place due to the good reviews. I booked in with Dr Jenn and wasn’t disappointed. He’s extremely fast but thorough and as a female, at no time did I feel uncomfortable. He addressed my questions very well, putting my mind at ease on areas I was concerned about, as well as explaining his answers so I completely understood what he meant. I had a great experience here. I saw Dr. Lynton Stephens, and he was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to examine everything carefully and even took photos of a few moles to monitor their growth over time. Great skin check – was asked if I had any concerns. Skin was checked thoroughly. I did have to wait 30 minutes for my appointment to be called – and it was for 9:15. I check at the 20 minute mark. I asked the receptionist when I’d be seen. I think surgery’s would go a long way to letting their patients know proactively when the doctor is running late. No biggie – would just be courteous and respectful.

I cannot emphasis enough how fantastic this place is. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed. Kaila is so genuine and knows everyone by name (and coffee preference!). Goran is a master at not only working on the pains while you are there, but actually getting to know you and your life and provide solutions to better your treatment that are actually approachable. There is an X-ray service in house so you don’t have to make a million different appointments to get sorted out and the opening hours offer great flexibility.

Not only has my treatment been fantastic but the level of service is unmatched. If you are feeling hesitant or nervous at all, please take this as a sign to go at least once because the level or warmth, safety, and understanding sincerely changed my view on how I prioritise my health. I’ve been working with Kylie for a couple of months as I needed help to manage my period pain, drained energetically and felt “stuck”. Kylie suggested to observe the food i was eating regularly, aiming to eat whole foods, considering stress management techniques and helping to supplement the nutrients my body wasn’t absorbing. I struggled mentally with the fact that I needed to quit the food I loved the most in order to feel well, but I give it a chance. I had an incredible experience delivering my first baby here, thanks especially to Gloria! She was incredibly patient, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process. As a first-time mom, I felt nervous, but Gloria’s calm presence and expert guidance made me feel safe and empowered. She took the time to explain everything clearly and provided compassionate care when I needed it most.

Dr. Lin explained in detail what the surgery entailed and the procedures regarding my recent prostate laser surgery. He is very highly recommended and provided excellent aftercare. The surgery was very successful, and I cannot thank him enough, as it has changed my life.

I have been VERY fortunate to have Dr Lin as my urologist. When my PSA reading began to spike in January this year, Dr Lin immediately recognised that I had a serious cancer (it was finally found to be grade 5, Gleason score 9, so his initial concerns were proven correct). He knew time was critical & had all the necessary tests done as soon as was possible. The prostate was out less than 2 months after the problem was recognised, giving the cancer minimal time to spread. His expert surgery skills obtained clear margins all round with the follow-up PSA reading being 0. His professionalism & diligence achieved a minor miracle. He was very easy to talk to & answered any questions. I cannot recommend him enough!
