The location is very easy to find and the office is beautiful. The girls behind the front desk are lovely and very helpful. Doctor Kathleen is very knowledgeable, very patient and understanding. I had tattoo removal and she made the experience as manageable (pain wise) as possible and tailored the process according to my pain tolerance. I will be returning and happy to refer to friends & family.

I’m particular and pay attention to the details, so I appreciate that Dr Kathleen listens and considers all that I have to say. She seems to have a very high level of skill in all of the treatments she offers, and has been able to provide treatments that I could not find anywhere else in Adelaide - due to her advanced trainings. 5 stars for Dr Kathleen. 4 stars for the administration by staff, but that’s not too hard to overlook when you’re getting results.

One of the worst clinics I have ever been in Adelaide. Please don’t go to this clinic and trust the doctor blindly.
My experience with this clinic is really bad. I have been there about 6 weeks ago asking for IV drips. Doctor recommended me picosure laser & skin booster. Before recommending any treatments it’s their responsibility to tell the client what effects will happen after the treatment. She didn’t mention if you do picosure your skin will go more darker. ( she didn’t recommend IV DRIPS is because they have no stock for saline bags. But that doesn’t mean you recommend any treatments and without giving full information and being in a rush to finish the appointment by not giving clear information. They said after 1week- 2weeks ill start to see the results and skin will get brighter. But I didn’t see any of those of those changes. The fact is when I researched about picosoure laser on darker skin tones. It says you will see changes after 4 weeks to months. But as per the doctor she didn’t say that and now she denies saying your skin looks better to me after 6 weeks. Where I can see dark patches all over my face. My family, colleagues everyone see the difference except the doctor. It’s sad we spend so much money on such fake doctors. To get rid of me, she again suggesting me the same picosure laser for free, which I already said I’m not comfortable with the results orshe said she will give me a prescribed cream just to get rid of a client. Not at all a professional way of dealing with clients and act on what they promise at the beginning.
Please don’t go to this clinic and feel depressed at the end like me

The IV treatment really made a difference in improving my skin. Dr Kathleen's attention to detail and genuine concern for my skincare needs were clear in every interaction.I experienced change in my skin within few weeks, all thanks to Dr. Kathleen and her team. They were very helpful in assisting me.
