We just had a termite inspection and pest control service done at our residence. Terry was amazing. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly! We’re very impressed with the service and will definitely engage Flick again. Highly recommended!
I had no issues with their termite inspection service — the technicians were friendly and professional. However, my experience with their rodent monitoring system has been very disappointing. After installation, I found a mouse inside my house and heard rodent activity in the roof, yet the system never sent any alerts. When I reported the issue, it took weeks for anyone to come out. Before renewing my contract this year, I asked them to check the system again. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me, saying the device appeared to be switched off on my end. When a technician finally inspected it, he confirmed the system wasn’t working. I asked him to take it back, but he reconfigured it instead and said his manager would contact me with a resolution. Weeks later, I still haven’t heard back. My contract ended in July, and I haven’t given consent to renew or received any new inspection — yet they’re still charging me. I’ve reported the issue to Consumer Affairs SA and am still waiting for a resolution. Really disappointed with how this has been handled.

Never returns calls and emails. Logs services for public holidays. Forges customers signatures on their service reports. Advises that I will receive a credit, then goes back on that. I have sent the email (11/07/25). Not holding my breath as 5 people were notified in the correspondence. But no one replied or addressed the forged signatures. 19th July 2025, still no reply. Just all words from this company.
I am extremely disappointed with the start of my contract with this company. A wrong debit of $850 was taken out from my account. When I raised this, I was told the refund will take 5 business days. A week later when I followed up, I was then told that this occurred due to a change of system and requested me to provide proof of the debit. So essentially no refund was processed yet. I provided what was requested. A week on, I made another follow up and I’ve yet to hear anything back. It’s been two weeks since the money has been taken out and there has been no communication on when we can expect our refund. It’s simple to blame errors on the system, but we would appreciate some empathy from your staff and provide some follow up at the very least. I’ve had to initiate every single contact and follow up. Their website doesn’t even allow to lodge a complaint. Flick Team, this is not how you treat your customers. Please contact me with a refund date or I will escalate further.
disappointed in the service we've received, my partner needs to call you every 3 months to book in her next visit (and end up talking to someone who doesn't speak english). she will be cancelling our plan and looking for another company
