When I first joined CrossFit TRG in 2020 for an 8-week challenge, I just wanted to get fit. What I found was so much more. The incredible energy and welcoming environment made it easy to create a consistent fitness routine that I actually look forward to after a long day. The members have become a close-knit group of friends, and the coaches have become true mentors who consistently motivate me to be better. On top of the amazing community, the spacious facility, convenient location, and great equipment are unmatched. I can’t recommend this gym or its staff highly enough.

I DO NOT recommend CrossFit TRG if you prefer to train alone, stay stagnant, and avoid top-notch coaching. But if you want a gym where community drives you, coaches truly support you, and consistency leads to real progress, then this is exactly where you need to be. TRG is more than just a gym, it’s a family. The coaches are great, they push you, but are also supportive, give you guidance, and help keep you motivated, both during classes, and just showing up in general, or helping you achieve a certain goals you have. Members are also supportive, and friendly, it’s about doing your best, not being the best.
There is something magical about those yellow walls, and the music blaring out of the speakers, and the coaches energy and enthusiasm for what they do, that can make all the worries of the outside world disappear, even if it is only for an hour, while you do the workout, focusing on the movements, keeping count, and keeping going.
There’s heaps of classes in the timetable to choose from, workouts are always challenging but scalable to fit to everyone’s needs, no matter your fitness level, capability, or limitations.
It’s a great place to workout, get fit and stay healthy, relieve some of life’s stresses, and make friends all at the same time.
And their recovery room, with massage chairs, Netflix, and Normatec compression boots, is a great way to relax and recover after a tough session.
I’m glad I found TRG, it really is a great place to train.

What an epic final Open Workout today.
Coach Nathan did an awesome job managing such a large class, so seamlessly. Even more so when you take into account we are in a new gym environment and the limited planning time given for Open Workouts.
Nath was single handedly changing all athletes plates and shouting out encouragement to individuals along the way.
I always love Nath’s classes because he brings out the beast (yes, beast) in all of us!

I love coming here and have found this to be a special and unique space compared to other group training I have tried. The people and trainers are down to earth and not intimidating, everyone is made to feel encouraged and supported in getting through each session. I really like the intimate smaller group size and being able to fun during workouts and laugh as well and not be too serious. The knowledge and flexibility of the coaches are fantastic. I came in monitoring some injuries and they were accommodating with adjusting the workouts, even to the point of including my rehab as part of the circuits. But also helping me with different approaches of mobility. Dan, Tyler, Nalia and Ellie have a passion for the community they’re in and Dayna runs an operation that ensures youre safe while you focus on the workout.
They are 24 hour as well that got me across the line so you can still do your individual training sessions with out having to compete with other people for equipment or the other burdens of a commercial gym.

I highly recommended CrossFit Adelaide for new and existing CrossFitters. This has been an absolute change to anything that I have previously attempted and I am thoroughly enjoyeing it. I feel more fit than ever and it’s only been months since I have joined!
As well as having a great sense of humor, owner and trainer Ben has a wealth of knowledge and caters for all fitness levels. His sessions are well structured with decent warmups and techniques shown/practiced with each exercise. Assistance with technique is provided throughout the session and individual improvement encouraged. There is a good mix of strength and cardio with a different but intense workout planned each day.
Ben also has a gift of finding fantastic trainers that he works with, so you will not miss him when he’s not around.

Have been doing cross fit for 5 months now. 2months in Canberra and three months with theses guys.
Ben, Steph and Tim are amazing .
I had a very sedentary lifestyle before starting cross fit but after 5 months I am seeing the changes in my body which is really unbelievable .
Ben is really knowledgeable with a dry sense of humour he keeps watching us during the workout and correct our bad movements and postures when needed.

A solid medium sized CrossFit gym with cool staff –
I was in town for a few days and trained at Crossfit Adelaide each morning at 0615. Class sizes were around ten folks. Gym is well equipped and is your classic ‘industrial area with a big roller door’ kind of box. It’s waaaay down the back of an industrial estate but not hard to find.
Sessions while I was there followed a common format of a warm up, a strength activity for about 15-20 mins then a metcon for about the same.
Ben the owner took all the classes I went to. He was really easy going, knowledgeable and well humoured. The groups there ranged widely in fitness levels and he easily accommodated fitter more experienced athletes with folks that were still picking things up. Didn’t meet any of the other trainers but Ben was a stand out.
Good gym. A bit out of the way. I’ll train there again next time I’m around.

Walking through CF Loaded doors when I moved back to Adelaide was the best decision! Sam is an amazing coach, awesome on Olympic weightlifting technique and drills and has always been super accommodating 🙂 The box has all the equipment (big or small) you need to continue improving in all areas of CrossFit. The best place to train. I have been attending crossfit loaded for over 8 years and will continue. Sam and the other trainers are excellent and the atmosphere very friendly. At 65 i am fit, strong and healthy because of my training at crossfit loaded.

Have been training at GEDfit for the past four years. The gym is led by Lisa, Lachie and an awesome coaching team which has built an amazing culture. The weekly programming works well, and the Crossfit group training format keeps the workouts fresh, motivating and highly effective. The coaches do a great job of catering for different strength and experience levels. Although there are a lot of seriously fit athletes here, beginners and those needing to get back into shape are equally well served.
The gym facility itself is huge, and has recently expanded taking over the old F45 next door. It is well set up to allow a lot of variety in the workouts, and there’s even a plunge bath and sauna on site for those serious about recovery.
I was new to the gym environment when I started training here, and I count myself lucky to have stumbled upon this place (my physio recommended GEDfit when I told him I’d had enough of seeing him). Training here has been a game changer in terms of health, fitness and energy level – and I’ve had a lot of fun developing some new skills that I previously considered out of reach. Although I was never interested in joining a gym in the past, I’m surprised at how much I now look forward to training each day.
If you’re looking for a gym in the western suburbs of Adelaide I’d highly recommend checking GEDfit out.

I’ve been a member of GEDfit for almost a year now and it’s by far the most welcoming and enjoyable group fitness experiences I’ve ever been a part of. Lisa and the team put together a varied program that enables you to improve on all the ‘basic’ movements whilst also keeping things fresh so nothing seems repetitive. The coaches are knowledgeable and clearly all enjoy what they do; I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been at my limit with an exercise and one of the coaches will come up and make an observation or slight adjustment and it makes all the difference. If you’re reading this and you’re already a member then you already know. If you’re not already a member then you know now, so what are you waiting for?!?

Absolutely fantastic place to train if you want lasting results with a great atmosphere and culture.
Quality trainers, very friendly members and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and informed.
The sessions are always a grind, no matter what your fitness level, but they are never boring which makes it easy to love the pain and keep consistent.
