We moved house and that’s when I noticed mould under our mattress! I send an online enquiry, got a phone call within minutes and they were at the house within 30 minutes cleaning it. Friendly service and I reassured about results. Slightly more expensive than I expected, $250 for both sides of queen mattress, they threw in a clean of the bed base for me. Highly recommend ensuring the water is clear when they finish cleaning your rug, lounge etc. I have a good quality spot cleaner which i use on my lounge and mellow matt so my upholstery is generally fairly clean.
Has it been hurting my hand I decided to pay someone to come out and professionally clean it as I hadn't had a chance over the last 6 weeks and I know my son had spilt a few things. After them being here for about an hour cleaning over my rug and lounge they asked me to come over and inspect it.
Upon inspection I noticed they only claimed the front of the lounge they didn't do the bottom of the lounge or in between the seats so I had to ask him to do that also.
It appeared to be clean but as it dried it started to look different I decided to use my spot cleaner and when I went over it it was so filthy still it was as if they hadn't even done it. They really should be ensuring that when they're finished cleaning that the water is clear no to know that it's been cleaned properly.
I did advise this to them and I did get a $50 refund but I still had to spend two to 3 hours going over it again and when i finished my water was running clear.
My mellow matt rug was over $500 and about 3 months old. It has colour stripped from in since being cleaned professionally
