We had the pleasure of bringing Middleton Events on board for our wedding which took place last weekend, and we were blown away by the quality and value added to the day/night by the amazing staff and their equipment.

From the start of our planning process, John offered a lot of guidance and opened our eyes to the possibilities of a highly detailed and well thought out wedding. John made sure we were thinking of important details that we would have otherwise left out, which allowed us to be confident that we were prepared. His planning website was very detailed and went into all of the necessary fields to ensure we accounted for all aspects to make the wedding run smoothly. John also made sure the fog machine, indoor fireworks and photo booth were running as intended, and took the night to the next level during important moments such as the first dance.

Peter was our DJ for the night and from the first meeting had a vibrant energy that helped us be confident that the night was going to have a fun vibe that everyone would enjoy. Peter also offered some great advice, and had the guests on the dancefloor and enjoying their night throughout the reception. Throughout the night, Peter kept the energy high and was guiding us on how to make the special moments more impactful.

Sonya was super helpful in helping us come up with a detailed timeline for the bridal party, the venue and our vendors to follow. She also followed up with vendors to ensure we were all on the same page with our expectations for the services being provided to us. Sonya allowed us to focus on the more fun aspects of the wedding, as we knew we were in good hands with someone who was confirming details and making sure it ran as intended. The day went according to plan, and we can’t thank Sonya enough for her effort with that.

My wife and I highly recommend checking out the Middleton Events team as the staff are friendly, helpful, experienced and eager to make your event as amazing as they can. They have amazing equipment that will open your eyes to a standard you wouldn’t believe and give you a variety of choices you couldn’t imagine. We contacted Kelly about 16-months out from our wedding, realising that we needed more help planning our interstate wedding. Kelly was the only planner/stylist we contacted, as we had seen the quality of her previous work and we were blown away. Our only regret, is that we didn’t hire Kelly/Found Collective sooner!

As a planner, Kelly is THE most organised person I have ever met, and I trusted her wholly throughout the process to ensure that everything was proceeding as needed. She was fantastic at getting quotes from vendors, securing us the best prices, chasing up vendors, invoices, quotes etc, and was even able to secure us custom made pieces for our day. Having worked in the industry for some time, having a wide breadth of experience, her advice and guidance with regards to selecting vendors, was paramount. We definitely could not have done it without her.

Kelly’s styling was also next level amazing. Kelly was able to distill our very fragmented vision for out big day into a stylish, sophisticated reality, that went far and beyond our expectations. She went to great lengths to truly understand what we wanted, and she truly did deliver. I cannot imagine that our day would have been anywhere near as beautiful and cohesive without Kelly and her precise attention to detail. As part of the styling, we hired many linen and some furniture from Kelly, all of which were high quality, and well looked after. I cannot count how many compliments we had from guests, saying that this was by far the most beautiful and well put together wedding that they have ever been to. Everything was perfect and ran smoothly, thanks almost entirely to Kelly’s organisation, attention to detail, and thorough planning.

Kelly is also incredibly friendly, professional, and conscientious. Kelly went above and beyond to take tasks away from us, so that we could truly relax in the lead up to our wedding. We used Kelly’s ‘Sit Back & Relax package’ which was able to give us the best and most relaxing day ever, but if I had my time again, I would have no hesitation in splurging for the top tier “The Dream Day Package”, as Kelly was so organised and lovely to work with, that it is definitely worth the extra money to have Kelly involved from the very beginning.

We dealt with Jennifer via emails back and forth over the week(s) leading up to the Wedding on 13/04/2019 regarding the location of setting up/packing down the ceremony and all of the finer details in between. Jennifer would always reply within an hour or so, and was extremely helpful.

The week leading up to the wedding the weather was quite cold at nights and Jennifer even helped us arrange the hire of a few last minute (2 days before the wedding) stand up heaters to be delivered and picked up from our reception location.

I can’t recommend Adelaide Wedding Hire enough.

We feel incredibly grateful and fortunate that Chelsea was a part of our special day. Honestly, I don’t know how anyone does it without her!

Chelsea was our on-the-day coordinator, but her help started well before the wedding. We felt so confident in our decision that we were sure we’d already gotten our money’s worth before the big day even arrived! Her knowledge of weddings is exceptional, and we completely trusted her to make decisions on our behalf.

I was amazed at how relaxed my wedding morning was. I had 4-5 hours to unwind with my bridesmaids while getting hair and makeup done, and I was surprised by how stress-free it all was. It wasn’t until after the wedding that I realised the reason I was so calm was because Chelsea was handling everything behind the scenes, taking care of all the little details. As someone who’s very organised and quite the perfectionist, the fact that I could let go and trust someone else to take charge was huge!

Even if you think you have everything under control, you still need Chelsea on board. She’s already taking care of the things you haven’t even thought of yet. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

She was there for everything we needed, from my dress breaking 45 mins before the ceremony to blisters from my shoes. She calmed me down when I needed it because I am probably the biggest stress head she’s ever met and she supported my partner and I on the day when the nerves were all too much. Chelsea was the best investment that I ever made! I can hand on heart say that the entire lead up, and my wedding day was 100% stress free because of Chelsea. I think even my family and friends were shocked at how relaxed I was!! Chelsea nailed my entire vision and everything looked picture perfect. The venue required all pack up to be done by midnight the night of our wedding, and this was no trouble for Chelsea. On the day she went above and beyond to make sure that I had food, drinks and was at photos when I needed to be (she also put my heels on at one point but that is well outside of her job description!!) At the end of the night, not only did she make sure that pack down was completed, she also handed out our beautiful flowers to guests so that they wouldn’t be wasted. Professional, engaging and effortlessly organised, Ilario (also known as Mr Wedding) promised us everything would go exactly as we hoped, and WOW, did he deliver.

On the night, he ensured every moment flowed seamlessly from start to finish. From engaging with our guests to liaising with the venue and coordinating all our suppliers, he had it all under control. At one point, I even saw him moving between tables, pouring wine for our guests as they enjoyed their meals. AMAZING!

The Adelaide Botanic Garden was the perfect spot for our wedding ceremony. My biggest requirement was manicured grass and lots of luscious gardens. We couldn’t have chosen a better spot! Our site was Auracuria Avenue, the one with the really big pine trees. This was by far the best spot, as it still had the aspect of privacy and intimacy even in the busy gardens.

Elliott was super helpful and ensured that the day would run smoothly. We didn’t hire anything other than the chairs and signing table, but even just these two things were set up perfectly, allowing us ease in setting up without additional worries.

Brilliant place to hold a wedding. The variety of wedding photos available is unsurpassed in all of Adelaide. Once you’ve done a lap around the gardens itself, with the famed elm-lined walkway, the wide open spaces, the older buildings – it’s wonderful. Then you can walk along the torrens. Then there’s the ceremony locations – my favourite is the one nearby the Friendship gates at the north of the gardens, with the old gum tree in the background. in the afternoon, the sun goes down behind the bride and groom in the most delightful way.
