Dan has exactly what I sought: reliability. His French accent and grammar skills are excellent, he is a careful and attentive teacher who tailors his sessions to your needs AND his English is also excellent, enabling him to readily understand where one "is coming from" when difficulties arise in grasping some French language or grammar point. He has helped me to progress and I am really happy with his tutoring.

We stumbled upon Frenchologie and I must say it has been a fantastic find for my 7 year old. Dan is an excellent teacher! He is creative, patient, flexible and someone who makes learning fun for the little ones. He was accommodating with the needs of our daughter. His classes are interactive, engaging, well-structured, lots of repetition and has an organic effortless flow to it. He makes each class quite different than the previous one and the revision sheets that he shares each week really consolidates the lessons and helps us with staying on track. His audio clips of pronouncing of French words is great for the listening ears and to eventually pick up on words. It has been 2 months since my daughter started lessons with Dan and we can see tremendous progress for someone with no prior knowledge of the language. My 7 year old thoroughly enjoys her classes and always looks forward to it. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Frenchologie and Dan for anyone looking to enrich their lives with a new language.

It took me ages to find the best way of learning French for me. I wanted to concentrate on speaking French and online courses were not ideal. Group lessons at college didn't teach the things I wanted to learn. I am so glad I discovered Dan. He tailors the lessons to fit my need and my level. He makes them fun and varied. The best thing however, is having the opportunity to speak French with someone in France live by Skype once a week. I would recommend Skype lessons with Dan.
