I studied at ILSC for 8months totally and I enjoyed this time a lot.
It is a place where you really will learn English, the school has a good structure for students. It has a very good teachers in general. We always have our favourites.

My experience at ILSC was truly amazing. The school offers a welcoming and supportive environment, with highly qualified and friendly teachers who genuinely care about their students’ progress. The classes are dynamic, interactive, and focused on real-life communication, which helped me improve my English quickly and with confidence. The staff is always ready to help, and the facilities are comfortable and well-equipped. I highly recommend ILSC to anyone looking for an excellent language learning experience.

Definitely, this opinion is not just my perception. This school taught me not only the importance of mastering a second language like English but also the value of getting to know other cultures and navigating different accents. The teachers are excellent and the academic rigor is high, but manageable for an English course. The facilities are top-notch, the bathrooms are always clean, and the kitchen, dining area, and other common areas are very well maintained. I recently visited both the Melbourne and Adelaide campuses for consultations about studying Social Work in Australia. I was impressed by the clean and well-maintained facilities at both locations, which are thoughtfully designed to support students. As a nationally accredited private institution, the program’s curriculum is well-structured and aligned with high educational standards.

I am currently enrolled in Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care. I have finished my theory work. My trainer is Belinda Selge. Belinda is very understanding and has many years of experience in childcare industry. She is a great trainer. The course consists of various activities to ensure the practical application of theory.

I visited SCEI for registration and found the campus to be clean and well-organized, with an excellent education system. I also heard that many students who graduated from here have successfully found employment. Thank you and all the best for new incoming student who gonna enrols SCEI.

I’m really glad that I decided to study at this school. Through the classes, I was able to improve my speaking skills and gain more confidence in using English. The teachers are very supportive and always willing to help, and my classmates are all so kind!! In the classroom, I always felt comfortable to ask questions and share opinions. Hello everyone, my name is Haoyuan Li. I am from Kunming, China. Alliance College is my first stop when I came to Adelaide. It provides me with a quiet learning environment and a rich spare time. Thumbs up for Alliance College

I think the pastry class is really good, a lot of fun, even for us that English is not first language, Lee is very skillful and understanding, even we ask millions of questions in class, the kitchen class is always so good that my family enjoy all the food I take home 哈哈。

Studying in this collage was a big mistake because:
1. I was never explained the true meaning of: “the classes are circular”. When I started the course, I arrived at unit 6 of 12, so all the theory necessary to understand the activities had already been explained. Added to that, the teacher always said: “we already saw that in unit 1,2 or 3” without taking into account that many students had no idea what she was talking about.
2. My classroom had no ventilation grills, so in summer when it was 40 degrees, it was like being inside a sauna, when I saw this situation I commented to one of the teachers, if it was possible to buy a fan. The 3 months of summer were over and I never got an answer. Then in winter when it was 9 degrees Celsius. There was never any heating.
3. The excursions proposed by the teachers were not prepared, they just took us to walk through a park or to an event (organised by the Australian government) without the slightest idea of what it was about or what we could find there. There was no prepared speech or lecture and many times (like when we went to the botanical garden) they didn’t know what time the place closed, and we ended up basically running to get out before the doors closed.
4. In particular my teacher most of the lessons had grammatical mistakes, she didn’t know the answer to the exercises, she even often had an exercise from the BRITISH COUNCIL and she didn’t know the answer either. It’s as if he never took the time to prepare the class he was going to give. Being from another country their pronunciation was totally different from Australian pronunciation. One time she even commented that she had to revise for exams outside of working hours.
The collage toilets are always dirty and have a very particular smell. A smell as if they had not been washed properly for weeks.
6. The kitchen (available to students) had no cutlery, the dishwasher was always dirty, the sponge used to wash the dishes seemed to be more than 6 months old.
7. On one occasion, we were put to watch a film (we students hoped that by watching the film we could practice our pronunciation and vocabulary) in which the actors DID NOT SPEAK! The film lasted more than an hour and the actors could not speak because the plot of the film was that if they spoke, they would be attacked by a monster.
8. The teachers who teach you are NOT NATIVE so often their pronunciation or the words they use are obsolete for the way people speak in Australia.
9. Despite having students from 5pm until 9pm, after 5pm there is no one at the reception in case the students have any questions or need to solve anything. Not to mention that a homeless man broke into one of the collage rooms and tried to STEAL a student’s handbag.

This school is really good, the instructors are very nice, they help the students to achieve our dreams. I would recommend this school for international or local students.

Sneha is one of the kindest and most dedicated teachers I have met. She explains things patiently and is always willing to help.

Past experiences great, I just wanted to suggest that as the “Workers” Educational Association, it would be helpful if more of the courses were after hours or weekend so that people with day jobs can attend. For example, Ive been looking at learning the piano accordion – but thats just one example

Did a Greek cooking course here and loved it!
Fabulous facilities with angled mirrors on the ceiling to clearly see what the chef was doing. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been on several WEA day tours and one week long tour hosted by Dr Dennis and Trevor. They are always friendly and so knowledgeable on the areas we visit, especially the local history. Written notes are always extensive.
The little library is outside WEA, just to the right of the main doors.

Recently attended the ‘Italian for fun and Travel’ with Dr Ilenia teaching. Great knowledgable teacher, good classes and covered a good range of words/phrases/sentences and verbs!
I recommend this course and teacher highly.

Have participated in the swimming lessons conducted at Oaks, and the instructors were great. Mark was exceptionally encouraging and provided individual attention. Sam was good and motivational, as well. Overall, it was non judgemental and a great learning experience. Look forward to next season.

Their language courses are a scam do not attend!

I enrolled in Italian 1 class, attended and during the first lesson the tutor informed us that the entire year-long course costing $500+ only covers 24 pages of the textbook. That’s 1 page a week! Wea wants you to pay $1500+ and spend 3 years of your life to get from language level A1 to A2.

They also refused a refund and kicked me from the course WhatsApp group and pocketed my $500.

Avoid like the plague

Professor Renzo is an excellent teacher, kind and always willing to help. He is always bringing practical activities to improve our conversation which is of great importance. (School 4 stairs because it is not a clean environment) (Teacher 5 Stairs)

I have a great experience, They gave me a good time and funny moments ,my class is also very good and everyone is friendly.

Since October when I arrived from vacation, we had a terrible Argentine teacher. She spoke quickly, was always angry, and had a bad disposition to teach. The only prepared and excellent teacher is Renzo, the only quality teacher. With the other teacher I only wasted my time and money, Also, as a school, you were so disrespectful to your students by closing the doors in their faces. You deserve 0 stars, but Renzo deserves 2

At Internacional House I have been able to find an important guide to improve my English language with a great teacher who guides us and gives us all the guidelines for a better understanding with educational and fun teachings. Professor Renzo is the best and VR is fun.

This one of the worst English institute not in Australia but in the World. Helen is one of the hardest people to deal with. Never trust them anymore. Not recommend studying here for anyone.

I studied in SACE for 3 months and I had a very bad experience.

Firstly, the building is really old and in bad condition. I was expecting something better for the price of the course.

Secondly, this college is disorganized. I had classes with 4 different teachers in 3 months. Most of them were dreadful, except for Kai who was amazing.

Third, the administrative staff is by far the worst of the college. They didn’t bring any help during the pandemic. Is hard to communicate with them. They don’t answer my emails.
