Tom Eisner was tasked with approximately 15m of black shade cloth being installed on a raked pergola, fixed down with staples and timber screws as well as hoop iron (sprayed monument colour to match) for extra strength. Tensioned wire was also installed underneath the shade cloth to restrict its movement in heavy winds. Existing rafters were replaced and paint matched due to timber rot with one extra rafter being added in for more strength for the shade cloth. Tom made sure the shade cloth across the entire length was ‘skin tight’! From the outset he demonstrated high level preparation skills, was thoroughly professional, operated with first class workmanship, had a fantastic work ethic, left the worksite spotlessly clear and was exceptionally respectful and friendly. Tom is an absolute legend who demonstrated great pride in his work. Very much appreciated and would highly recommend him and Deadshort Services! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
