I was referred to DBH by my audiologist and my hearing loss case was managed by Jessica Nguyen. While I initially feared that the matter would become overcomplicated, Jessica very quickly put me at my ease. I was very impressed by the processes and systems used by DBH and in particular that most of the required forms were pre-populated and very easy to navigate. I was particularly impressed by Jessica who, along with her team, quickly comprehended and documented all of the extensive relevant issues. The necessary documentation, submissions and lodgements were efficiently processed, generally within one day, and everything ending up with a successful outcome. Jessica exhibited excellent knowledge, professionalism , empathy and communication, all provided in a very friendly and confident manner. I would like to give DBH more than 5 stars.
