Day One Atelier

I am ecstatic with my tattoo. The whole experience from first contact through to attending the studio was great, very organised and efficient. James made me welcome, had prepared my tattoo, and spent time making sure it was exactly as I wanted it. The studio atmosphere is calm and professional and I felt very comfortable with the whole experience.

I had the most peaceful and healing experience with James. The studio was clean, calm, and welcoming soft music playing, no rush, just quiet and care. James was respectful, professional, and incredibly gentle throughout the process. He created a beautiful lotus piece that holds deep personal meaning for me, and I’m so grateful for how he brought it to life. I truly felt safe, seen, and honoured in his space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for more than just a tattoo — but a moment of transformation.

Cannot thanks James enough for accommodating the 3 of us & our request, it made the day and what we were doing that much more special. We will forever be grateful to him. All 3 of our Sunflowers are beyond perfect and the best tribute for our loved one. Such a calm, chilled environment & James made us all feel so welcomed and like he was one of our mates. This was my first tattoo experience. I walked away with 2. James was happy to send through designs until we found the perfect one which was meaningful. There was no rushing around, I could take my time to decide. It was extremely relaxing - I almost fell asleep. The studio was beautiful, not a traditional studio with people going in and out, very personal, and tailored to suit my needs. It was a great experience and the tattoo’s are very fine line and clean. James was great! Very easy going. Thank you! I’ll be back and I’ll recommend you to others!

The entire experience from booking it to having the tattoo and then the aftercare James was so professional and kind! My daughters and I got matching tattoos and were all first timers (so a little nervous ) but we were in good hands. James spent the time to make sure everyone was happy prior to doing the tattoos we didn’t feel rushed at all! Thank you for everything, it was just what we wanted! Highly recommend
