He made sure that the design is perfect & while discussing the design as well, he made sure to show me different options of how we can make it look the best. Visited this tattoo studio recently. They have a 2-month wait for appointments, which might be a sign of their popularity. However, for those who are looking for a quicker option, this might be a bit too long to wait. The location is a bit out of the way, so plan accordingly. Respect to the team for their busy schedule, but hoping for more availability in the future.

He was right on time, everything was spotless and super clean, and the tattoo turned out *perfectly* just the way I wanted. Couldn’t be happier! Had a Tattoo done today by Luke, excellent artist from first consultation to today’s tattoo, checked every detail with me and showed several options that would work for what I was looking for. When it’s time for a new tattoo I will be returning. I sincerely recommend this place and most certainly recommend Luke.

James made me welcome, had prepared my tattoo, and spent time making sure it was exactly as I wanted it. This was my first tattoo experience. I walked away with 2. James was happy to send through designs until we found the perfect one which was meaningful. There was no rushing around, I could take my time to decide. It was extremely relaxing – I almost fell asleep. I had very relaxing and joyful time at Etcher with Jade 🙂 She has such a great personality and people’s skills. She is very attentive and has great attention to detail (for instance she put an extra towel for padding underneath the head and the sink whilst the toner was left on, so that the head would be comfortable and not get numb/uncomfortable as it can get otherwise due to the weight of the head). It’s the little things that matter 🙂 She is also very gentle and delicate when handling the hair (combing and blow drying hair). I highly recommend Jade!

My dear friend Alice gave me a voucher for a Hot Stone Massage and Nicole the practitioner did a wonderful job. Nicole kindly checked in, making sure I was comfortable and the pressure was appropriate. Nicole had a natural talent for soothing the sore spots. Great job!

A super relaxing experience. Followed by a glass of bubbles in the “relaxing room”. Amazing service! What more could you want.

Highly recommend, treat your loved ones with this experience.

I would not say that this spa is Adelaide’s only 5-star spa. There are now others that are as luxurious and some even more so.

+1 ⭐️ for the ambience of the lounge area – it is warm and inviting with very comfortable chairs.
+1 ⭐️ for the ease of filling up a form – very modern using a form accessed by a QR code
+1 ⭐️ for the treatment room. Their bed is especially comfortable, like many luxury spas.
+1 ⭐️ for bliss level achieved during the massage. I had their signature massage. I should have asked for firm but this is not the place to get knots loosened. The bliss level helps in loosening and relaxing your whole body.
+1 ⭐️ for the facial – I had the microdermabrasion facial and thankfully managed to return to my state of bliss so much so that I cannot remember the facial at all.

-2 ⭐️ I wish that the facial consultation was done before the treatment. After the massage and before the facial, I was woken from my bliss with questions which I cannot remember … all I know is that my blissful state was interrupted. Not once but twice.

That was the impression I was left with though I was not irritated. It merely means that with all of my spa experiences, I cannot say it was a 5-star experience.

I will return to try a different facial. I will have to remember to call them back as they forgot to charge me for the add-on to my facial.

Last but not least, you can pay for your luxury self-care treat using Afterpay – however it’s a little complicated and you have to call the spa for instructions.

My wife and I had a wonderful time yesterday at Temple Day Spa. It all started with a glass of bubbles — calm, relaxing, and beautifully done. We left feeling refreshed and pampered. A perfect experience

Words cannot describe how blissful the experience is at Temple.

Upon arrival I am greeted by a lovely host who quickly put my mind at ease as she took me through to the waiting area, complete with soothing essential oils, calming tea, and relaxing music.

My therapist, Abigail took me through to the room all set for my Hot Stone Massage. Abigail was super attentive, to ensure my treatment was everything I needed it to be – relaxing, quiet and good for the soul.

The room temperature, table temperature, music volume and weighted blanket all contributed to the experience. There was no outside noise, traffic, or staff on their tea break to be heard (like other so called day spas).

Abigail checked in to ensure the pressure was right for me, and as someone with sensitive legs I have never had a massage that didn’t cause leg pain – until now! Abigail made it utterly perfect.

I cannot recommend Temple Day Spa highly enough!

Had a pregnancy massage here couple of weeks ago and really got my body relaxed. Although I would’ve loved a bit more concentration on my back where it hurts the most. My legs thoroughly got a great massage! Highly recommend this place!

The massage itself was pretty good,
but I still don’t understand what a horrible system/service it was.

My booking was at 3pm, and I arrived at 2.45pm to fill out the consult forms. Another customer came into the lounge at 3:02 pm. Her therapist came, took her to the room first.
I was still waiting for my therapist. When I finally entered the room and got undressed, it was already 3.10 pm.
After the massage, I checked the time, it was 3:57pm. The actual massage time wasn’t even 50 minutes, not sure if it was worth $185.

I normally don’t pay attention to the time, but this was the first time I started later than the booked time and waited over 20 minutes.

I was going to bring this up at reception, but when I came to the desk, the lady didn’t even look at me or ask, ‘How was everything?’ or ‘Was everything okay?’ She seemed completely careless and too busy doing something else. She just said ‘Bye,’ and that was it.

maybe 4 stars for the massage, but everything else wasn’t even worth a single star.

After a 61-hour workweek on my feet in hospitality, I took to the Temple Day Spa for a sauna and a hot stone massage.

I arrived half an hour early, and the lovely receptionist offered me to get changed into a lush bathrobe and enjoy the massage chair in the relaxation area. This area is absolutely lovely for all senses: the lighting, the smell and the delightful tea that you can help yourself to. And then the chair itself, so powerful – never experienced anything like it!

Infrared sauna was very comfortable with ample of thick towels and relaxing music. It was on 58 degrees – next time I’ll ask for it to be a bit higher as it took about 20 minutes before I got that real hot sauna feeling.

Next was the hot stone massage by the lovely Keeley. What can I say? I have had many massages in my life and this was simply the best I have ever experienced.

I left a different person, completely rejuvenated and energized – thank you Keeley and the lovely team for an amazing afternoon, I’ll be back!

I researched before making the booking, thought I could have a very good experience. But I must say I was a bit disappointed by the very average massage techniques and also a very cold room temperature. I booked the Oriental Package. Don’t think I’ll go there again.

Amazing experience. First time here and will definitely return. The massage was one of the best I’ve had, especially compared to other local (and significantly more expensive) day spas I’ve tried. The tea at the end was a lovely touch.

My 2nd time at Siam Retreat Norwood. The service from the team is amazing. Very friendly & courteous. The massage expert that assists me today is Irene. She is very good and very professional. She started the massage straight away when she walked into the room, wasted no time at all. She found all the pressure points that I didn’t know I have issues with and fixed a lot of my existing painful spots. After the massage, they always offer a pot of hot tea for me. This is another fantastic relaxing experience from the team at Siam Retreat Norwood. Well done!

Amazing clinic! My mum has been going here for some time now and I had my first appointment today. Everyone was very friendly and Cher was very informative and helpful with my skin health. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and Cher made me feel comfortable and that no question was a silly one. Very happy with the outcome!

This is advice to the owner of this clinic: you should consider changing all your receptionist staff. They have no idea what they are doing or how to provide good customer service. I had my laser treatment at another Silk Clinic location and the staff there were amazing. I honestly felt bad for the owner here, as the negative reviews seem to be mainly about poor treatment and unprofessional staff.

I have to say that I missed today Deborah, she is no longer working there but I felt the difference, today I got out with lots of little bruises from those awful sharp razors, this is the second time that happens to me, don’t know why they keep shaving like with rush and not conscious that will cut you a lot. I felt like I didn’t wanted to book again or buy any more packages, maybe I will continue in another branch, but no longer motivated to continue this.

It’s a terrible experience. I came to the clinics today because they sent me an email saying that my sessions have expired, and I need to book an appointment ASAP. I felt so ripped off at that point because when I paid for my treatment, no one mentioned to me about that. Who wants to pay for advanced treatment to waste the money ???? And the worst thing ever the technician didn’t do the job properlyfor my last appointment, she did my arms and Brazilian not even 2 mins and then I told her my payment also included legs, she said she couldn’t do it due to my booking time. After that, I spoke to the receptionist about my case, but the girl’s attitude was so bad. She doesn’t care, this is my manager email, you can contact her. What’s the receptionist job???
I would never recommend anyone go to this clinic.

I discovered Barber Story last year and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a cut. They are great…friendly, efficient and they take a real pride in their work. They do a cut which lasts well too and are very modestly priced.
Best of all, you know that each time you visit, you’ll walk out with a great cut every time.

Today was my first time here, and I had an excellent experience. The service was great and the price was totally reasonable. I’m definitely going to get my hair cut here as long as I’m in Adelaide. The barber was really friendly and the vibe of the place was relaxed. I felt comfortable right away.

This place is it – had hair cut by both the chap and the lady (dont know names), both very very good, and the price is amazing- i always leave a tip because they honestly could charge more. I treated my brother and my dad to THE barber shop experience at Plek barbershop after cutting their hair myself for years. Jared and Brayden were excellent! Since it was my family’s first time getting the razor shave they were a little nervous but the boys made sure to make them feel comfortable.
They made sure to take their time and not rush into anything, their consults were great not like other barbers who just do a short back and sides, they really take pride in creating a style just for YOU. My family is stoked with their new looks and said I now need to do a barbering course

Anthony, Dana and their team have been shearing and cutting mine and my family’s hair for 5+ years. Walking into the shop, it feels like you are walking into a friends place ready to watch the footy. The appointment booking system is always on time and reliable. They are great with kids (candy, basketball hoop, skateboard seat and spider man apron). The offer of a beer or a kombucha is always handy after a day at work. Anthony and Dana created an awesome space in the CBD with a real community amongst their neighbouring businesses and now they have added their Western Suburbs shop it makes it even easier to get my hair cut.

The best haircut I have ever had in this country! Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable staff. My partner and I were offered drinks and I had a beer while getting the high-quality haircut.

Ever since I was introduced to Nilo she has been so so helpful and warm.
I was diagnosed with cancer about to start chemo and she did a great job on micro blading my eyebrows.
After I lost my hair she made me feel so comfortable to come in an have a try of her wigs. She made the whole experience much easier and to this day she still helps me and I reckon I have 4 wigs from her now.

It pains me to share such a bad experience. My usual brow girl was away and I just needed a brow tint and lami. There was no brow mapping and the sweet girl that did my brows just hacked away with scissors. The tint didn’t look anything better than something you could do at home with a kit. If anything, I should have done it myself. Now the ends of my brows are so blunt and misshapen. So sorry, but this was not what I expected and for the price too.

I have been seeing Nilo and Humi for my brows for around 3 years now, and honestly it’s the best decision I’ve ever made!
