After 2 weeks of failing to deter our nighttime visitor, who was entering the premises through our doggy door and yes this was one of the non- negotiables that it had to remain open during the night, Allstate Pest Control responded with "No problem!" Kyle was knowledgeable, thorough in his inspection of the property and house and offered pet friendly safe solutions. It’s only been 3 days since Allstate left, but we haven’t had any evidence of our visitor since even though we were was told it could take up to 2 weeks! I chose Allstate because they removed 2 wasp nests quickly and effectively last summer so they were my first choice in rodent removal!

Stephen arrived and introduced himself, he explained what he was going to do. He was very professional and very tidy,removing all rubbish and nests. When he was finished he once again explained what he had done and said if I have any further questions or problems to contact them straight away. I was impressed with how he went about installing the bird proofing. I am very happy with the work carried out.

What a great company! We had long term possum problems. We tried other pest control companies, and while well meaning they were not up to the job. Allstate were different. We got a comprehensive quote clearly explained. They went the extra mile! A professional and friendly team. They proofed our roof and when one stubborn possum returned Allstate were back in a flash. They put cameras in the ceiling and stayed close until the problem was truly fixed. Cannot recommend Allstate highly enough.

I have an ongoing problem with possums in the roof. Allstate Pest Control are showing incredible determination & persistence in finding where they are getting in and removing them. Couldn't be nicer people to deal with.
