If you guys want to rent or buy a property I wouldn’t recommend Julianne Price Real Estate agent never.
They don’t even deserve a star. They try to rip me off by charging $2000 but when we went to court they weren’t legally suppose to charge that amount.
I got a property in flinders street fully furnished from them in the end my washing was stuck in the washing machine I had all my work clothes above $500 I request from them to get your maintenance guy come take my washing out. It took them 2-3 weeks to get it out and in the end try to rip me off.
Rip off! Try to charge extra but failed, unexplained charges, dishonesty, unreliable, never answers there phones, big time lack of communication.
I would never recommend to even go near this guys, because this real estate would put you in a very hard position.
Specially theres an agent there named Ally she do not even know how to talk to people. She has no respect for her clients, she is so upherself, and do not respect others.
I was dealing with an agent of this realestate, worst experience.
They try to rip me off $2000 for nothing I ended up going to sacat because they were trying to rip me off trying to take another $50 a week for rent and another advertisement fee, plus $2000 extra on top. If I were to deal with a realestate I would never ever deal with unprofessional people like Julianne Price Realestate
