After an emotional tussle to buy a house being sold by Glynis Williams fell short, Glynis (recognising our situation relocating from Canberra to SA was not going well) took it upon herself to find us the most wonderful rental property until we found our forever house. If you guys want to rent or buy a property I wouldn’t recommend Julianne Price Real Estate agent never.
They don’t even deserve a star. They try to rip me off by charging $2000 but when we went to court they weren’t legally suppose to charge that amount.
I got a property in flinders street fully furnished from them in the end my washing was stuck in the washing machine I had all my work clothes above $500 I request from them to get your maintenance guy come take my washing out. It took them 2-3 weeks to get it out and in the end try to rip me off.

Absolutely terrible “service”. A final inspection the agent missed a blind cut off, filth, a hole in the wall, damaged fly wire, missing exhaust fan filter, drill holes in tiles just to name a few. I couldn’t make the inspection and was video called. The curtains were filthy and when I pointed out was rudely told just replace them with cheap ones. I complained to management and got no support what so ever. Could not wait to be done with this agency, poor service, poor attitude, emails and phone calls not returned, months to act on a rent increase request. Value request ignored as was my request for available units for sale, thank goodness they never got back to me on that instance. I live interstate and was horrified when I finally got to see our unit. Terrible, unprofessional people, stay away from them at all costs. You will regret it if you interact with them at all.

Rip off! Try to charge extra but failed, unexplained charges, dishonesty, unreliable, never answers there phones, big time lack of communication.

I was dealing with an agent of this realestate, worst experience.
They try to rip me off $2000 for nothing I ended up going to sacat because they were trying to rip me off trying to take another $50 a week for rent and another advertisement fee, plus $2000 extra on top.
