I'm surprised to learn from some feedback that there is an office in Adelaide as my enquiry was handled for unknown reason by...Melbourne?! The initial assistance for a substantial fee was prompt and within a week we had several candidates to choose from. Settled on one who lasted not even 3 months which if you run a small to medium size business equals wasted time and money. In the process it also showed rather embarrassing at times lack of knowledge of Adelaide metro areas (distances form A to B) and the names of suburbs. Most of the candidates interviewed either over the phone or in person admitted that they never even spoke with the Hudson's consultant. The replacement candidate journey was an entirely different story with 2 months taking to get anyone remotely suitable for the role. The role required call centre and obviously computer experience as part of the role was strong focus on data entry. This candidate lasted approximately 2 weeks as we did not have the time to teach her how to "cut and paste" and actually type with more than two fingers. The replacement of the replacement did not happen at all with long silence from Melbourne and me sending reminder emails asking how much longer as we were under the pump with work. Our brief from day one did not change and the first candidates were selected within a week with now months passing with radio silence it did not feel fair. It still doesn't and I would not spend thousands of dollars when one online seek ad sorted out our problem in 3 weeks. Asking for at least a discount for the failed campaign, I was told that Hudson don't do that. Knowing that now, we won't venture this way either.

My experience working with Kevin from Hudson has been very good. I was able to gain employment through Hudson. Kevin was always there to guide and support me throughout the recruitment process. He is very professional, kind and honest. He kept me updated and always stayed in touch. If you are looking for high quality service then Hudson is the place to go.
