We have had the pleasure of working with Ben, Brenton and the team at Brighter for many years now. They are knowledgeable, creative, proactive and responsive, and have proven to be an indispensable partner to the Hospital over the years. The team at Brighter really care about our success, and have taken the time to really get to know our industry and some of the challenges we face. I have worked with Brighter across a couple of different organisations and for different aspects of the agency - brand development, web build, content creation and copy writing, creative - and often helping with a last minute request. Last year we invested 8 months and $22,000 with Brighter to build a website. The mess they left us in has been heartbreaking. I wasn't going to give a review because I don't like to make life hard for other businesses, especially in these times, however every week I find more and more issues with the mess they created. Our $22,000 website was handed over as half finished pages full of 'Lorem Epsum' filler copy, broken links, unpublished pages and so much mess in the back end other web developers have been horrified at the state of things. It's devastating when your web developer hands of the site and the first thing you need to do is hire a web developer to fix it.

Brighter deliver exactly what they say they will and in a timely fashion. Always really responsive and happy to explain technical things or educate how to do things on our end. The website is looking and functioning better than ever.
