Customer Reviews
The psychologists at this practice are fantastic, and I had no issue continuing my sessions with them. However, I ultimately stopped going due to poor management and the unprofessional attitude of the front desk staff. My main issues were with how appointments were handled. For example, I received a text at 5 p.m. the night before, offering me an earlier spot for the next day. When I showed up for that time, I was told it had already been taken, and I couldn’t adjust my schedule without incurring a fee—even though I had already changed my plans to accommodate the change. There were also instances where I didn’t receive appointment reminders for bookings made months in advance. When I tried to postpone, the front desk refused unless I paid a fee. It’s clear that booking management here is seriously flawed, and I’m not alone in having had these frustrating experiences.

I have been visiting Adelaide Psych & Co for a year now and just wrapped up my last sessions. I cannot thank the team, especially Dr Sherin, for all their kindness and support. I have tried a few different places/people for therapy and can't recommend here enough, the space is inviting, calm and professional.
Thankyou again for everything guys. X

I was a patient about two years ago and only after going to a psychologist that im truly happy with do I realise how low quality this clinic was for me. Firstly, the front desk people and the psychologist I saw were nice people, l just felt they lacked professionalism. After each session my psychologist would ask me to rate the session (in front of her) which was a bit confronting because I felt I couldn’t be truthful if I felt it wasn’t a productive session. She also would divert the conversation to what she thought was relevant, not letting me talk about what I wanted to which felt very invalidating and wasteful. Especially since the things she would try to help me with were things I already knew how to do and manage, which is why I tried to change the subject most times. Furthermore, when I decided I wanted to look elsewhere for a psychologist/clinic I told the front desk people who then told her before my last session. So when I went in, the first thing she asked was why I wanted to stop seeing her (in a what felt like a confronting tone to me), which made the rest of the 50 min session extremely awkward. I felt that was very unprofessional from both the front desk staff and the psychologist. Overall it was a confronting environment that I honestly dreaded, and I didn’t realise that’s not what therapy should feel like because that was my first experience with it. They may have improved since I’ve been there, hopefully, but I had a bad experience and thought I’d want to know if I were looking for a psychologist, especially as a first timer.

The therapists are excellent, but the receptionists are unprofessional. They frequently make scheduling errors, fail to send updates on policy and price changes, and there is constant turnover among them.

As a first time client and someone completely new to psychology services as a whole. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone who may be on the fence. My own experience has been with seeing Dr Davi has been incredibly beneficial
