I had a wonderful experience at Adelaide Bridal Emporium trying on and saying 'yes!' to my dress. Sue was great and knew just the types of dresses for me to try on. It was also so wonderful that she was just as excited as we were when I found the dress!! I chose the Madison James 'Larissa' gown and finally got to wear it on 9/11/24. I would recommend Adelaide Bridal Emporium to future brides looking for their perfect dress 🙂

She truly understood what I was looking for and guided me every step of the way to find the perfect dress. She spent hours with me, helping me try on different styles, offering her honest opinions, and never once making me feel rushed. Sue’s taste and understanding of bridal fashion are exceptional, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and beautiful. I had been to many different shops in search for that 'moment' everyone perched about which I was beginning to believe didn't exist, until I visited Sue at Bridal Emporium.
Sue's dress fitting knowledge really shined when finding the perfect dress for me. she took into consideration the style I wanted and which would suit my body type perfectly.
She was patient and honest when it came to trying everything on.
I am incredibly happy and excited for all the fittings to come.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly the worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced. When buying a wedding dress it is meant to be the most magical day filled with feeling comfortable and support. I felt the complete opposite of this! I am a size 10 and was body shamed and told oh of course it doesn't fit its not your size it's a 6.. I am well aware I am not a 6 but don't make me feel less than because I'm not. Even the person next to me was so overwhelmed they were willing to just buy the dress because they wanted to leave and felt so pressured.
I was early for my appointment, and waited 40 minutes to be seen, my name was forgotten exactly the same as the lady next to me. There was no personal touch, no care, she was running between two clients just trying to get a sale not caring that the dress wasn't what the bride wanted.
Just a little walk across the road you will find wholesome service and an overall much better experience

Bought my dress from here last year with the help of Nicole. I came in with the only thing of 'I don't want to look frumpy' with that Nicole spent the time to talk me though all the different styles and made me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time. She was so patient with me too as I was so lost. I ended up with my dream dress and I couldn't have been happier!
