I'm writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the Curry shoes I purchased for my son approximately four months ago. Unfortunately, after only two months of wear, the shoes started to deteriorate, as shown in the attached picture.
When I attempted to contact your customer service, I was asked to provide the invoice or box, which I no longer have. However, I'm confident that your system should have a record of my purchase, as it was made under my name.
I was expecting a higher quality product from Rebel, especially considering the brand's reputation. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue.

Man man man 6 weeks before our 9 week European holiday, the basketball hoop is not working. All fine but 2 weeks after our holiday, the hoop is still not working. Like come on we ask 2 employees they say " I don't know " this is unacceptable.

I came by late today after work to buy a Nike cap as I’d left mine at home in Melbourne. It was about 5-10 mins before closing time. There were no staff on the floor, and about five staff behind the counter, but only one serving customers in line.
The girl who (finally) served me was friendly, but advised me that because they’d technically “closed” she wasn’t able to sell me the item I’d driven into the CBD to purchase, despite having waited in the queue for ~5 mins. I was effectively ignored by the other four staff members behind the counter and thus this made for a terrible customer experience overall.
Up your game, Rebel Sport. This was a profoundly poor customer experience, and I’m not inclined to shop at any of your stores in future if this is what your F2F customer service is like.

I phoned up to request an invoice that was over 6 months old. The store rep was extremely helpful and was able to locate the invoice and provide the details. Given how busy the store is and how much time they dedicated to finding the receipt, it was excellent service.
