Star Painters Adelaide

Star Painters were recommended to me by a family member who had used their services before and were very happy with the service. I contacted Ahmad to discuss my job he was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had other painters recommended to me but I did not have the same feeling of confidence that I had with Star. Ahmads team likewise were the same always on time, friendly, great attention to detail and nothing seemed to be to much trouble. The job was completed yesterday and I am very very happy with the result. I certainly would recumbent Star Painters.

I recently had Star Painters complete some repainting of the ceilling in my living areas and bathrooms.
In both areas I had plasterers complete repairs prior to the painters arrival, so the requirement for Ahmad and his team to do repair work was limited.
Having said that, an area of my living space had an area where the paint failed to adhere. Conversations with Ahmad after indicated it was likely the result of prior water damage. Had this been the extent of the issue I could have cared less.
However, on the day the original painting was completed the painters seemed confused when I raised the fact that there were massive bubbles forming. They appeared to have no idea how to rectify the issue, and Ahmad had to go and ask a paint provider how to deal with it.
Eventually they would return to fix the issue after the area had been left without paint to dry. That area is still visibly uneven compared to the surrounding plaster. I realise that putty and plaster don't have the same texture when painted, but this section has 'levels' that indicate it has not been correctly sanded down to a level surface.
The team were friendly, and have completed the painting in a even and generally satisfactory fashion. However, their ability to deal with anything that isn't straightforward is questionable. They don't charge a cheap price, and that at least partially suggests I should be safe in expecting a competent team that knows how to deal with issues that arise. My plasterer and a friend have both experienced a similar adhesion issue with paint in the past, leading me to believe that this is a fairly common issue that Ahmad's team should have been capable of dealing with.

I found star painter on Google, and he can do a better price comparing to other painters. There’s some issue raising while painting the house. But Ahmad was responsible and supportive, so overall good service and good job with the paint as well. Thank you and will recommend to friends who need a paint work!

I have used Star Painters 5 times now, twice at home, both my daughter's homes and my 1500 sq meter showroom warehouse in Regency Park.
You can't go past Star Painters for their quality workmanship, reliability, honesty and fair pricing. This will certainly not be the last time I use Star Painters. Highly recommend this company.
