The tradies were great. Professional, polite, they installed the unit in the wall. Then upgraded the electrical fuses & cleaned everything & put the furniture back. Could not fault anything. Worth every dollar. Thanks guys!

Have used Ken Hall many times before and have always been excellent.
This time however, my 8-12 service did not arrive until 3pm. No communication that it was going to be delayed, no phones calls or text.
A replacement technician was that then given the job.
David turned up very quickly within 20 mins
and got the service done to the normal high standard.
It’s just about communication…
Will continue to use Ken Hall, this was a one off.

Dishwasher installation was the biggest plumbing job we have had done by Ken Hall so far, and they continue to provide excellent service. Not only was the plumber (Jack) courteous, prompt and professional, he even cleaned up afterwards and answered all my questions.

Rang Ken Hall Plumbing about an Air Conditioning issue, from the first contact with the office Camilla was polite and organized an appointment for me to fit in with my work commitments.
The Technician James arrived on time, was very professional and completed the work required quickly, then explained the problem and backed it up with photos of what was required.
It was a pleasure to deal with a company that delivers a great end to end service, well-done to the Ken Hall Team

BEWARE DOUBLE COSTS. I requested a call out for a service to garden irrigation as part of their SPRINGSAVE offer which I had used last year and had been extremely happy with the service received. (when some repairs had also been done with great efficiency for just over $300). I advised the technician that there appeared to be a minor leak at one of the front sprinklers on this occasion but I was then advised that the irrigation service did not include repairs. I would also have to pay for their fixed fee for repairs. This amounted to an over $600 estimate. I called main office to clarify and report that I found that this was excessive and out of proportion to last years fees, when repairs had also been made. I was told that this was their fee, whether I liked it or not - they "have to make money". I have done the repairs myself - with a $1 clip replacement. Use this service if you have deep pockets.
UPDATE: I received a call with offer to make reparations at last years price but simultaneously received an email quote for both service and repair at over $700. Small print of service was that minor repairs, less than 1 hr should be included (I was specifically told this was not true originally). Given my positive experience last year, other positive reviews and more reasonable follow up call I hope that others are more fortunate; just be cautious (as I suppose you should be with any contractor).
